Abstract: The study aimed to analyze (1) the measure and difference of education inequality per year, (2) opportunity to reduce education inequality, (3) linkages of historical description of education inequality to economic growth, number of poor people, and provision of education by the government. This research used time-series data from 1978 to 2017 in the shape of the education level data. Data were analyzed used (1) Education Lorenz Curve (2) the average measurement and calculation of changes in education structure, and (3) scatter plot chart analysis. The result showed that in 1978 the Indonesian education inequality index was 0.926 and experienced a decline in education inequality by 45.14 percent for 20 years as indicated by the level of education inequality.....

Abstract: This study was conducted with the aim to know the influence of Human Development Index (HDI) and Economic Growth Against Unemployment Rate in Southeast Sulawesi Province Year 1996-2018. This research is a type of quantitative research using secondary data in the form of time series data from 1996-2018. Data obtained from this study were sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Southeast Sulawesi Province. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with ordinary least square method (OLS) and then assisted with the application Eviews. The result of research indicate that (partial) the Human Development Index (IPM)has significant influence to the level of unemployment in Southeast Sulawesi Province. Then Economic Growth has significant influence to the Human Development Index (IPM). Result of F test show value of probability (F-statistic) that is 0.000034 <0,05. This means that simultaneously Human Development Index (HDI) and Economic Growthhave significant effect on Unemployment Rate in Southeast Sulawesi Province 1996-2018.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the relationship between organizational commitment, job satisfaction and employee job performance. The variable relationship paradigm is the structure of the correlated path model. This research was conducted by taking the population of employees of PT. Star Capital Jakarta, with 173 members. The population size is relatively small so all members of the population are made respondents (saturation sampling). Primary data collection using a closed questionnaire with 5 options.The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive and explanatory approaches. Descriptive analysis using table technique, simple averages, standard deviation. Explanatory analysis based on correlated path models is intended to test the research hypothesis formulation. With reference α = 0.05, the results of hypothesis testing are obtained: organizational commitment and job satisfaction have no significant correlation, the effect of organizational commitment on employee job performance is not significant, and the effect of job satisfaction on employee job performance is significantly weak positive. The coefficient of determination R2 is 17,80%..

Abstract: CSR is the abbreviation of corporate social responsibility, a notion that has been discussed on many levels in Morocco, especially since 2000. It is essentially a term that has often been part of entrepreneurial activity for a long time, namely to assume responsibilities beyond the maximization of profit. Since now, many initiatives have been created and prizes have been awarded. The term CSR has often been put under test, but has not been understood in its broadest meaning. To understand a concept or a notion, you must get to the root of it. If we follow the path of CSR from America to Morocco through Europe, it is obvious that CSR has always been observed in the scope of the given socio-cultural framework that defines needs and opportunities. Moreover, this is precisely what has happened lately with the current health crisis caused by the coronavirus, which has revealed multiple social vulnerabilities. After seeing CSR from this specific perspective, I finally came up with the question of how companies are rethinking their CSR strategies and adapting them to the new reality they are facing due to the current crisis

Abstract: The success of a company to be able to achieve a good level of performance is certainly influenced by the experience and work ethic possessed by employees with different levels. In addition compensation has an important role in improving employee performance which must pay attention to the principle of balancing employee rights and obligations. This study aims to determine the effect of work experience and ethos as well as compensation for employee performance. There were 50 respondents involved in this study who were randomly assigned. The analytical tool used is multiple linear analysis that is processed with SPSS 25. The results of the study stated work experience has a significant effect on employee performance. Work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance. Compensation is proven to have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the three independent variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Of the three independent variables, the compensation variable has a dominant influence on employee performance.

Abstract: Background: Purpose of The Study: to find out the correlation and estimation of food and transportation budgets based on monthly income. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the effect of competence on performance through job satisfaction and to determine the effect of motivation on performance through employee job satisfaction at BhayangkaraMakassar Hospital. Respondents in this study were 300 employees and the method of analysis used to determine the effect of variables is a structural model with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach.The results showed that competence had an indirect effect on performance through employee job satisfaction of 11.2% and motivation had an indirect effect on performance through employee job satisfaction of 26.4%.There is a need to increase competence in terms of knowledge, ability and skills to be able to improve quality services that are of a national standard and to provide fair and just remuneration in accordance with the work performed. Abstract: In today's dynamic business environment, the need for leaders to be authentic and followers to be engaged to increase trust amongst stakeholders is crucial. In this context, present study has examined impact of authentic leadership on team members work engagement. Study collected data from full time working employees across financial sector in Mumbai. Researcher collected data from 118 Team Leaders and 547 team members using two separate questionnaires. Findings revealed authentic leadership has significant positive impact on work engagement. The findings of the study has managerial implications and has been discussed in the study.

Abstract: Background: The study examined Pension Reform Act and life expectancy of public servants in Nigeria with the objective of asserting the extent to which the 2004 Pension Reforms Act influences life expectancy of retirees. Methodology: To achieve this objective, a survey research design was used and data were obtained and tested using ordinary least square regression statistical analysis method. Results: The results indicated that the 2004 Pension Reforms Act proxies significantly influenced life expectancy of retirees. Abstract: The research paper aims to find out the relation between organizational rules and employee group dynamics. Employee group dynamics is an extremely important factor for better performance of an organization, and the management of the organization implements policies to encourage the group dynamics in the work culture. For this research, the researcher has chosen a company, Labaid Group, Bangladesh, and chosen 1015 employees to conduct a survey. Abstract: The growing interest of technology companies in the domain of finance has resulted in the emergence of TechFin in recent years, which invigorates the financial system by a technology-centric approach and is of interest to the technology companies, especially the BigTechs with an already massive base of customers. The advent of technological advancements encourages the emerging technologies to flourish for the simplicity of usage (tech interface: ease and reach) and efficiency in the process (case of AI/ ML and data analytics), for which a tech-first organization may easily triumph over a financial institution. Abstract: In creating innovation requires innovative work behavior both from individuals, groups, and organizations. The creation of innovation is a must for both private and public organization. This paper seeks to propose a research program on the determinants of innovative work behavior. Innovative work behavior can be influenced by empowering leadership and psychological capital. This paper integrated those factors and used as a frame for the research program, going beyond the limitation of current innovative work behavior inquiry. After having presented hypotheses, the empirical research results can be used as collective analysis to elevate employee innovative work behavior.

Abstract: Mobile service operators in Kenya rolled out cross-network mobile money transfer services in the year 2018 intending to increase the penetration of mobile financial services in the country due to reduced costs and increased financial flexibility. Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, compensation and work discipline on job satisfaction among employees of PT. Regional Development Bank, Tbk. Jember Branch. The study population was all employees of PT. Regional Development Bank, Tbk. Jember Branch with a total of 66 employees, all of whom were used as samples in this study. Validity and reliability tests are used to test the measurement tools in the form of questionnaires. Structural Equation Modeling Analysis (SEM) is used to determine the effect of the influence of the work environment, compensation and work discipline on job satisfaction. The results showed that the work environment had no significant effect on job satisfaction. Compensation has no significant effect on job satisfaction. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract: There is need for coherent procurement procedure performance to ensure that there is efficient and reliable implementation of procurement process. During contract administration, internal and external control mechanisms ought to be understood. Payment periods and methods should be agreed amongst them and any drift from earlier agreement ought to be clearly communicated.
