This study helps to know the factors which influencing the consumer to purchase Mobile Phones.This study helps to know the buying behavior of the consumer while choosing Mobile Phones.This study also helps to know the consumers satisfaction level towards different branded mobile phones.This research study also helps to know the reason for the dissatisfaction of the consumer.The consumer buying a variety of mobile phones which satisfy his wants and they are always influenced by his purchasing activities by some considerations which lead him to select a particular brand or a particular store in preferred to others. Consumers mostly preferred Nokia mobile phones. From this study I have gained lot of practical exposure about consumer buying behaviour towards mobile phones. Abstract: This study was conducted to the overall job satisfaction of college faculty. A well-structured questionnaire based on job study about satisfaction index was applied to obtain required data from job satisfaction of college faculty. To study relationship of faculty with other.100 faculty members from participated in the survey the majority of the respondents was female, M.Phil, 20-30 years of age, single and had job experience of 3-5 years. The simple percentage analysis and chi-square was applied to find out the underlying variance among the variables. The analysis has found five new components of the job satisfaction. The results showed that overall job satisfaction among the college faculty members was neutral. The satisfied with the superior and colleagues and management and improve the satisfaction level. The researchers and scholars may conduct further studies on the factors identified through factor analysis.

Spss package program was used to analyze the data. The analyze of data was done by using the statistical tools like percentage analysis, chi-square and accordingly certain suggestions and recommendations have been given for improving the sales of ponds skin care products.

Data constitute the foundation at statistical analyze and interpretation, the first important step in the project work is to obtain data collection by the primary method.I am confident to say that the study gave an opportunity to analyze various factors regarding customer satisfaction. The sample size is very low so it is very difficult concluding it by saying that it is the view of whole population.So the research is useful to know about customer satisfaction on VKC product.The researcher found that the image about of vkc product is very high. The proper image building advertisementThe customers perceive the price and quality of vkc is very good satisfaction.The customers like a price, offers, quality, and value added service is the fulfillment the vkc.And good standard of the vkc.
In the conclude note of my research I am confident to say that the study gave an opportunity
to analyze various factors regarding customer satisfaction.
The sample size is very low so it is very difficult concluding it by saying that it is the view of whole population.
So the research is useful to know about customer satisfaction on VKC product.

The method used to select the sample is also important. In this report used the statistical analysis such as simple average and chi-square method. Through that method the proper solution to the problem. In this report adopted data analysis and interpretation to found the percentage and graphical analysis. The findings reveals about the facts which are found out in the analysis and interpretation. The suggestions and recommendations have the number of ideas to meet the future requirement .In this report contains all findings regarding questionnaire. Conclusions are that NEELAN GARMENTS is a strong in manufacturing and supply. Overall, NEELAN GARMENTS HR managers will have to be more of a development man than a mere administrator of personnel services.

Abstract: The bank system is facing challenges with stiff competition and advancement of technology. It becomes imperative for service providers to meet or exceed the target customers' satisfaction with quality of services expected by them. Hence, the present research attempted to study customers' perception of quality of services, both transactions based and IT enabled in terms of its constituent factors in public sector and private sector. Also through the present study, we would gauge the extent of IT adoption in public sector and private sector in this edge. The present investigation was planned with the objective to assess the extent of use of services especially the IT enabled services in these banks and to analyze the constituent factors affecting customer satisfaction with the quality of services. The present study was conducted in public sector and private sector of Perundurai taluk. The study was proposed to be conducted in Perundurai taluk. The respondents are selected randomly. While selecting the bank, care was taken to see that bank should provide at least five IT enabled Services. The study shows that the customers of whether satisfied the Private banks or Government banks were not satisfied with high charges, accessibility and communication.

Using the interview schedule prepared, the 100consumers are interviewed personally and their opinion was collected. Secondary data was collected from related websites, books. The collected data is analyzed using simple percentage and chi-square. As per the findings, suggestions are given to the company to take initiation to fulfill the consumer needs.

The study mainly concentrated on general price level, quality about products, overall satisfaction about Boost in, general awareness, and consumer preferences of Boost.

Abstract: Gone are the days were the consumer went in search of materials from shop to shop. Today, things are made available in one shop, one place. These days, consumer buying is not mere transfer of item from seller to buyer. Consumer wants buying to become a happy affair. They would like to see, touch and feel the commodities they buy. Understanding this psychology for the consumer many organizations have come to make purchase of happy affair.The present study is based on the awareness of Reliance fresh among the customers. The study mainly concentrated on general price level, quality about products, overall satisfaction about Reliance fresh , general awareness, and consumer preferences of Reliance fresh.The primary data is collected through a structured questionnaire with the available data. The data is analyzed and interpreted with like percentage analysis method. Based on findings suitable recommendation and suggestions has been made.The probability Sample techniques are used to Simple random sampling and the sample size is 50.
