Abstract: Strategy relational benefits, when viewed from the perspective of Customer Relationship Management is a strategy to facilitate the implementation of Customer Relationship Management strategy to become business actions to respond to the behavior of actual and potential customers. Information technology also provides many benefits and services for customers such as the benefits of the trust in the form of self-confidence and reduced anxiety (Rebecca and Kevin P. Gwinner, 2003[1]). The use of information technology also provide time benefits which is saving the time to visit or view the product and also selling the product at the same time (Yujong Hwang and Dan J.Kim, 2007[2]).The sampling method used in this study is proportional cluster random sampling. The samples is from the online customer of the batik product in East Java from February to May 2013. Analysis of the data in this study are using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Based on the results of research on that confidence can benefit significantly influence the satisfaction, confidence benefits significantly influence usage intention, social benefits significantly influence satisfaction, social benefits significantly influence usage intention, special treatment benefits significantly influence satisfaction, special treatment benefits significantly influence usage intention, satisfaction significant effect on usage intention.

Abstract: Crashing is the procedure by which project duration can be shorten up by expediting selective activities with in the project. But it requires allocating more resources than usual to compress an activity's duration, which in turns increases the budget of that activity. So, crashing is basically a time-cost trade-off by which specific deadline can be achieved. The traditional method of crashing only considers average activity times for the calculation of the critical path, ignoring the stochastic nature of activity time. This report is written to develop an algorithm for optimum crashing method to minimize the required cost while attaining a specified completion time. Abstract: Implications of economic policies initiated and pursued by the Government for the creation of gainful employment opportunities. After independence, when India initiated the programme of economic development through planning mechanism, neither of the two prevalent economic theories i.e. the Keynesian theory of effective demand and the neo-classical theory of flexible wage rates was not found suitable to the Indian conditions.

Abstract: Women entrepreneurship in Nigeria is the focus of this study. Some women entrepreneurs in Lagos state, Delta State and Federal Capital Territory (Abuja) of Nigeria has been selected for the purpose of this study. The study identifies challenges encountered by women entrepreneurs during business establishment and business life cycle and issues arising between work and family were examined. The study also considered the likely incentives for these entrepreneurs for starting their own businesses and factors which account for their success in business. There are similarities between the challenges faced by women entrepreneur in Nigeria which is a developing country, when compared their counterparts in European countries. However, issues between work and family in Nigeria for women entrepreneur are less significant and these likely to account for their being able to start their own businesses and level of achievements in business.

Abstract: Dennis Tito opened the eyes of world to the idea of orbital space tourism when he became the first private space traveler in 2001. Three years later, the Burt Rutan and Paul Allen led team of Mojave Aerospace Ventures won Ansari X-Prize by successfully completing two piloted sub-orbital flights of a reusable vehicle to 100 kilometers in altitude within a span of two weeks. This accomplishment demonstrated to the public and government managers the potential for entrepreneurial commercial activities to change the landscape of the space industry. And now we can see renowned organization like Virgin Galactic, Space X, Armadillo Aerospace, Blue Origin, Bigelow Aerospace and Xcor Aerospace has already not only joined the race of space tourism project but they are also making a remarkable progress. However we see Indian venture has not yet joined for space tourism project. Meanwhile it is believed that India can play a vital role in developing a very cost effective solution for space travel technologies, thus it imperative to investigate the possibility of space tourism in India. In this paper the potential and possibility of space tourism industry in India has been explored. It examines the potential market and cost structure for both suborbital and orbital space travel. Apart from this major issues with the development of the fledgling space tourism industry in India has been identified which need to be addressed in order to promote the growth of this industry.

Abstract: Employees form the basis and foundation for the growth of the organization just like a seed giving rise to a huge tree bearing fruits and vegetables. The employees promote the growth of an organization to produce useful products beneficial to mankind and the country. Employee satisfaction is defined as "a function of perceived performance and expectations". The reasons such as high stress, lack of communication within the company, recognition, good working conditions or limited growth opportunities force the employees to resign. My study is focussed on determining the effect of some of the above stated reasons on the employees in order to achieve maximum career success. To assess the degree of Employee Satisfaction, Questionnaires were administered to the employees in the real estate company taking a random of seventy employees for the study and the research methodology to be used for analysis of the study was descriptive and inferential statistics. The validity of the questionnaire was tested, using the Cronbach Reliability Calculator software. Further, the influences of demographics such as gender, age, educational qualification, designation and years of experience on their opinions were examined by Chi-Square Test and the effect of the Constructs on Employee Satisfaction were determined by Regression Analysis.

Abstract: The purpose was to construct a comprehensive instrument to study the impact of moderating variables on the independent variables with respect to work life balance in IT companies in India. The Design/Methodology/Approach included questions that were made for the specific social culture based on the objective of the study. Experts' opinion was gathered and an iterative process ensured that the instrument was corrected. Content validity test, pilot study and reliability test were performed to finalize the instrument before the data collection exercise started. The instrument created through the above-mentioned process ensured easy data classification and relevance to the research. Various hypotheses were tested and a detailed analysis was possible due to the way the questions and options were offered to the respondents. This instrument was administered to IT employees in India, which has a unique social fabric due to its diversity and cultural differences.

Abstract: This study examined the impact of after sales service on customer satisfaction and retention with special reference to LG electronics in Ibadan, Nigeria. The population of the study covered selected distributors and customers of LG Electronics in Ibadan.The sample size for this study was sixty (60) respondents who were randomly selected from ten (10) LG electronics distributors and fifty (50) of their customers respectively. The instrument used in this study is a close-ended questionnaire that was designed by the researchers.Ordinary least squares multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The result showed that the predictor variables (i.e Product delivery, installation and warranty) were significantly joint predictors of customer satisfaction and retentionwith( F( 3, 57) = 123.32; R2 = 0.875; P<.05). The predictor variables jointly explained 87.5% of customer satisfaction and retention, while the remaining 12.5.% could be due to the effect of extraneous variables. Subsequently, recommendation was made to the management of LG electronics to set up more after sales service departments to the existing ones with experience staff with the view of developing long term relationship with the customers.

Abstract: This research paper investigates the impact of marketing strategy on business performance with special reference to the selected SMEs in Oluyole local government area Ibadan, Nigeria. The survey research design method was used in this study which involves using a self-design questionnaire in collecting data from one hundred and three (103) respondents. The instrument used in this study is a close-ended questionnaire that was designed by the researchers. Correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data with the aid of statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) version 20. The results show that the independent variables (i.e Product, Promotion, Place, Price, Packaging and After sales service) were significant joint predictors of business performance in term of profitability, market share, return on investment, and expansion.(F(6, 97) = 14.040; R2 = 0.465; P< .05). The independent variables jointly explained 46.5% of variance in business performance. Subsequently, recommendation were made to SMEs operators to produce quality products; charge competitive prices, position appropriately, use attractive package for the product, engage in after sales service and provide other distinctive functional benefits to consumers.

Abstract: Thai SMEs employ about 69 percent of the total population. However, SMEs structure of short term financial characteristics as they depend mostly on short term loan. Thus, we have to be aware of financial distress of SMEs. This study utilizes a Logit analysis model to examine financial ratio of 385 SMEs financial statements. The result showed that those of 37 financially distressed and 348 non-financially distressed enterprises. This study conducted with 2 research questions which are (1) Are there significant differences in liquidity, leverage and profitability ratios of financially distressed and non-financially distressed Thai SMEs. (2) Is Logit model is a good model for measuring liquidity, profitability, and financial leverage classifies Thai financially distressed. The study has examined empirical evidence from Thailand manufacturing industries to identify differences between financial profiles of financially distressed and non-financially distressed SMEs. It then developed and tested the Logit analysis model for predicting SMEs financially distress. The first hypothesis is supported, which showed that there are statistically significant differences between financial ratios of financially distressed and non-financially distressed SMEs in Thailand. The second hypothesis showed that the predictable of financial ratios in the Logit analysis model enables classifying Thai financially distressed and non-financially distressed SMEs more accurately than a possible occasional classification. Finally, this study could help policy-makers, SMEs owners and business consultants to determine strategies in order to develop Thai SMEs manufacturing Industry sustainably. Moreover, the Logit model of this study could be applied in other industries in order to expand the growth of Thailand industries
