Abstract: Science and technology have been improving rapidly, and it changed everything. Today, very seldom we can find a super computer as in the late 1970s. The computing, processing of data rely on a server or multiple servers depending on the need of a firm or a company. Everything became smaller, a server is just a little bigger than a personal computer (PC), and we have many different programming languages for developing software applications. The subject, concept of Automata and Computing Theories was introduced in 1979, and in those early years, Automata, Computing Theory, and Language Theory were still listed as an area of active research, based heavily in Mathematics and largely a graduate course [1].

Abstract: The convergence of GIS and internet has changed the map making a cost-effective way to share or provide public access to geo-informatics worldwide. Abstract: Background:Road transportation is central to everyday life, but is often hampered by traffic congestion in developing countries. This paper proposes a routing system that promises to reduce traffic congestion on the road by constantly suggesting the optimal alternate routes to motorists while considering the condition of the road segments. Materials and Methods:The optimal alternate route is computed by the system based on the digitized map and the geographic information system of the city that are stored in the database. Secondary data for the research was obtained from Lagos state ministry of transportation. Results:The experimental results show that out of every 10 samples, the proposed approach differs only in two cases. On inspecting each case, it was observed that the approach reported in this work differs from the existing approach whenever there is a bad road segment.......

Abstract: This research determined the waist-to-hip ratio of individuals from their images. Sub-pixel processing and extreme value measurement was adopted and used to design a graphical user interface that carried out these measures efficiently. A sample of 229 persons randomly selected from persons involved in fitness activities in University of Nigeria, Nsukka stadium, were used for this study. The images (snapshots) of respondents were taken. To validate the accuracy of our model in determining the waist-to-hip ratio, the image-based measurements and the manual measurements were compared using standard mean error, mean, and standard deviation. The result showed that our system was 97.3% accurate in determining the waist-to-hip ratio with an error rating of 0.0514.

Abstract: Nowadays, the innovations are trying to make the visually challenged people can be able to travel anywhere without anyone's help. In our proposed system, it helps people to find and recognize the objects free paths in both indoor and outdoor places. The major advantage of this system is that it provides the detail information about images in the path. The information detected by the system is transmitted to the user and auditory communication methods. In this existing system, this device which can be acts as to detect the obstacles andsteps by a white cane device. The proposed model will be low cost and as a low power embedded device for object detection and identification. An image sensor captures there cognition in environments that are known and unknown to the user.

Abstract: Nowadays, predicting the price change of bitcoin(BTC) has a main role in the worldwide economy. Selecting the proper model is very measurable to maximize the performance measurements used for comparison. However, the Generalized Autoregresive Conditional Heteroskedasticity (GARCH) is one of the most popular time series models that can be used for time series forecasting. The computation of the long run variance in the GARCH model is based on the historical data that does not reflect the influence of the recent variance. This study aims to utilize the slide window technique with GARCH model to overcome the limitation in the variance of GARCH model. The sliding window technique is solely to estimate the variance in the SWGARCH model.A performance evaluation of SWGARCH was performed on Bitcoins index dataset and compared with GARCH models in terms of mean absolute percentage error. The experimental results showed that the performance of SWGARCH is better than GARCH, which confirmed that SWGARCH can be used for BTCtime series forecasting..

Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of the current Internet and mobile communication technologies, the infrastructure, devices, and networking systems' resources are becoming more complex and heterogeneous. In order to efficiently organize, manage, maintain, and optimize networking systems, there is a need for the deployment of more intelligence. However, due to the inherently distributed feature of traditional networks, machine learning techniques are hard to be applied and deployed to control and operate networks. Software defined networking (SDN) brings us new chances to provide intelligence inside the networks. Abstract: This article discusses in detail the issues related to the effective conduct of differential cryptanalysis for modern symmetric block data encryption algorithms. For this purpose, an additional stage is introduced to organize a differential attack for symmetric block ciphers. Abstract: Background: Images obtained from an electron microscope are generally difficult for human experts to analyze due to their monochromic nature that limits the data range necessary for differentiate features. This difficulty can lead to overlooking important features surrounded by a background of similar pixel intensities. While there exist various software for image enhancement, these software applications often require tedious and time-consuming manual adjustments that are good for artistic purpose but not appropriate for massive operation in a biological laboratory setting. Abstract: Electromyogram (EMG) contamination has been shown to affect electroencephalogram (EEG) signals. Therefore, methods of isolating and removing EMG contamination are a focus of research. One of the most common ways to eliminate this contamination is through independent component analysis (ICA). Also, surface Laplacian (SL) has been proven to isolate the distant sources of EEG signals. The objective of this paper is to demonstrate the effects of EMG contamination on EEG signals using the Neurophysiological Biomarker Toolbox (NBT) and the impact of applying ICA, and ICA + SL on raw data. Abstract: The Spectrum utilization demand due to large number of growth of wireless users that has led to spectrum shortage problem and that is expected to increase more and more by years. Thus, the technology that identified the spectrum shortage is known as Cognitive Radio. It solves the spectrum shortage problem by allowing unauthorized users to consume the spectral resources when Primary Users (PU) is not active. Its main function of Cognitive Radio Networks (CRNs) is Spectrum sensing and also to identified the unused licensed spectrum bands and also to protect the transmissions of primary users (PUs). In Cognitive Radio Networks, the jamming attack is one of the major threats, where several malicious attackers intend to stop the communications of secondary users by giving disturbance. In this project, evolutionary game has been used to applied in order to minimise the attack.

Abstract: In this paper edge detection technique is studied using image processing. In image analysis, edge detection is one of the most commonly and frequently used operation, and there are probably some more algorithms in the literature for enhancing and detecting edges. Edge detection is the method of pointing and detecting sharp discontinuities in an image. The gap or discontinuities are unexpected changes in the intensity of pixel which distinguish boundaries of objects in a images. Edges form the outline of an object which is the main reason behind boundaries of objects in a scene. An edge is a borderline between object and its background which means if detection of an edge can be done then the respective object can be found and properties like area, the perimeter can be measured. Since computer vision involves the identification and classification of objects in an image, edge detections are a fundamental.

Abstract: COVID-19 is a disease caused by the virus namely SAR-COV-2 which has created death panic all over the world. The acute spread of the virus makes the World Health Organization (WHO) to declare the outbreak as a pandemic. In Bangladesh, the spread of the virus was slow at the early stages but a few month later, the number of infected people and causalities grows rapidly. In this study, we conduct numerical and exploratory analysis on global and local data of COVID-19 to explore reliable trends of COVID-19 transmission and do accurate predictions of the outbreak in Bangladesh. The experimental analysis showed that the outbreak has reached its maximum peak occurring from late May to June. At this time, the recovering rate was very less than that of infection. The experimental analysis also has confirmed that community transmission has already happened in Bangladesh. However, August, daily infection cases going down. We here applied a linear regression technique to predict the infected cases along with recovery and fatal cases..

Abstract: A construção civil se destaca como uma das atividades mais responsáveis pela geração de resíduos sólidos, sendo identificada como o setor que mais polui, pois gera resíduos desde a produção da matéria prima, até o final da construção. Sabendo disso, esse trabalho objetiva realizar uma revisão da literatura sobre o Destino final de resíduos sólidos utilizados na construção civil no Brasil. Foi realizado uma revisão integrativa da literatura, usando como palavras chaves: Destino final, Construção civil, resíduos sólidos da construção civil. Foram utilizados como critérios de inclusão: artigos escritos de 2010 a agosto de 2020, que sejam pesquisas de campo na língua portuguesa.
