Country | : | India |
Authors | : | Dr.Vijay Kumar, Nagaraju .Kolla, Dr.ADINARAYANA |
Abstract: Success of the Service organization depends on many factors, among them Service Quality is a major factor. But it is somewhat difficult to measure Service Quality Because Of Intangibility, Inconsistence, Inseparability and Non Inventory. Among the measurement models available for measuring service quality SERVQUAL MODEL is more accepted in research and Industry. The main objective of this study is to measure Service Quality (withSERVQUAL) of cellular telecommunication service providers in Andhra Pradesh. For this study Reliability analysis, Factor analysis and paired t- test were employed. This Feed is useful for cellular telecommunication service providers while formulating strategies for Success.
Key words: Service Quality, SERVQUAL MODEL, Reliability analysis, Factor analysis, paired t-test,

Title | : | Financial Analysis of Solar Photovoltaic Power plant in India |
Country | : | India |
Authors | : | M. Ganga Prasanna, S. Mahammed Sameer, G. Hemavathi |
Abstract: Solar photovoltaic (PV) power systems for both utility as well as roof mount applications growing rapidly in India. Solar power plants in India till date are mostly ground-mounted power plants. Most of the utility scale PV power plants are typically in the scale of 5 MW in size and connected to the electrical grid.
The objective of this study is to present the financial feasibility of 100 KW roof top solar PV power. State of art technology of solar PV modules, power electronics with fixed mounted array is considered for an educational institute. Presently the institute is using utility power and also diesel generator to backup for power outing. Financial analysis has been performed with present system cost based on life cycle cost of energy. Standard financial procedures have been used and the sensitivity parameters studied, mainly focusing on various factors, solar insolation variability at the site, the financial interest rates and operational and maintenance cost. The feasibility analysis results were discussed and presented in the conclusions.

Title | : | CLASSIFICATION AND A CRITICAL COMPARISON OF DIFFERENT COMPANY SHARES UNDER CONSIDERATION THROUGH ANALYSIS OF MEANS TE |
Country | : | India |
Authors | : | K.V. Narasimha Murthy, S. Ismail |
Abstract:Share prices are the most crucial factors in marketing and frequent changes in these
prices will occur with respect to time "t". In order to analyse these share prices we require
most sophisticated statistical techniques like Stochastic Process (SP), Factor Analysis (FA),
and Analysis of Means (ANOM) and so on. In this paper we have considered the analysis of
comparing "25‟ different Company shares value in the market. Even though share prices
varying independently of each company, there are common factors influencing all the shares
in the market. For instance, natural calamities like earthquakes, floods, and draughts and so
on. The aim of present paper is to analyse these share prices with respect to such common
factors affecting of all shares.
In this paper we have applied a latest statistical tool namely ANOM to analyse the
data relevant to the "25‟ shares based on the data collected for the period January-2012 to
May-2013. By applying ANOM and graphical representation of results of "25‟ shares are
critically analysed and conclusions are drawn based the results and graphs obtained. Similar
type of analysis can be applied any company shares under consideration.

Title | : | E-Commerce: The Future of Business |
Country | : | India |
Authors | : | K.V. Raaju |
Abstract: Electronic Commerce, the e-age of business, is the new form of business communication which is widely gaining acceptance in business circles. There are basically three types of e-commerce B2B, B2C and C2C which is Business to Business, Business to Consumer and Consumer to Consumer. The backbone of E-Commerce is the internet. From a tiny intranet, this has grown into a behemoth. Today internet presents cheap, cost effective, information oriented, widespread, global and one of the best ways to directly interact with the consumers. A successful business example of e-commerce is the American Giant Amazon.com.
The internet is a best example of globalization. In the B2B model the exchange is between business to business, though, this is a widely prevalent form of business – but this was the sector that was the worst hit during the dot- com bubble burst. In the business to consumer model, such as online retailers, the companies generally speaking interact directly with the customers, providing goods and services generally free of charge. It could also be a fee based service, the Computer Giant Dell could be a good example for such a type of e-commerce business model, where computers and peripherals are generally sold directly to the consumers, shipped for a minor charge to their doorstep. The Consumer to Consumer model is not strictly as the word means. Simply speaking there could always be an intermediate facilitator. Examples of this type of business include e-bay, where consumers directly log in and sell goods and services to the online market. Another example is sites such as scribd.com which directly provide e-publishing services. The novelist or writer directly opens an account with the host site paying a tiny commission for every work sold through them. The writer / publisher disinherits the old publishing model, agents and processes circumventing them to reach to the ultimate reader directly.
Any discussion further of the various examples or a detailed analysis is just too large in scope to be discussed further. EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), E-Business, CRM etc., are all further concepts which evolve directly from E-commerce. Some of these we shall look further into further into our discussion. But to put it basically in simple words would be – a better, faster way to do business – e-commerce

Title | : | Additional / Alternative Benchmarks for evaluating Corporate Governance in India |
Country | : | India |
Authors | : | Keerthi Sriya A, Dr. Panatula Murali Krishna, Ashok Prasad |
Abstract: Corporate Governance is the set of rules, practices, procedures that administers the functioning of so called corporates viz. business entities, profitable organizations, companies (mandatorily to listed ones). Corporate Governance encompasses all those doings of the corporate that coordinates and integrates interests of several units associated with the corporate viz., creditors, workforces, clienteles and suppliers and simultaneously conforming to the legal and regulatory requirements, apart from meeting environmental and local community needs. Corporate Governance itself has no unified definition and the practice of Corporate Governance is no different. There are innumerous ways of administering Corporate Governance. No two Corporates with in an industry may have comparable practices of Corporate Governance. Hence it is needless to stress the criticality of evaluating the Corporate Governance practices in order to assess the effectiveness of the Corporate as a whole and ascertaining that it is marching ahead in a right direction. Also, the process of evaluation, the benchmarks considered for evaluation should be as reliable as possible. This paper complies few of the existing methods for evaluating Corporate Governance in developed & developing economies viz. Germany & Indonesia respectively and also includes the existing methods in India and suggests few additional or alternative benchmarks that would better suit for evaluating Corporate Governance in India.

Title | : | An Emperical Study on the Impact of Liberalization In Small Industries in India (With Reference To State Of Andhra Pradesh) |
Country | : | India |
Authors | : | Dr. M.Thyagaraju, Dr. T.Vijaya Kumar, S.Deepthi |
Abstract: Liberalization process in various countries has affected business especially in developing countries. Das (2010) observed that country groups like East Asia in the past and China and India in the present have benefited immensely from economic and financial globalization. Rapid growth in these emerging markets is the result of economic and financial globalization. The growing integration of economies and societies around the world has been one of the most hotly debated topics in international economics over the past few years. Rapid growth and poverty reduction in China, India, and other countries that were poor 20 years ago, has been a positive aspect of Liberalization Privatization and Globalization (LPG). But this process has also generated significant international opposition over concerns that it has increased inequality and environmental degradation. India opened up the economy in the early nineties following a major crisis that led by a foreign exchange crunch that dragged the economy close to defaulting on loans (Goyal,2010). Faiz (2009) believed that in the era of liberalization, SAFTA will be operative when there will be free trade between India and Pakistan. Each country has to give most favored nations (MFN) status to each other. It is also important that both countries should remove the barriers of trade such as tariffs and customs duties for normal trade relation
