Abstract: The important role of SMEs in the economic growth of the developing countries has drawn the attention of politicians but remains largely unexplored. Research has shown that business performance is dictated not only by the outstanding features of size and age, as well as by certain businesses – particular factors such as debt, potential growth prospects, product and operational advancement, and organizational changes. The performance of any entity can be calculated in various ways. Quantifiable metrics are key performance indicators known as KPI which help policymakers assess and evaluate progress towards organizational objectives. KPI varies between industries. Therefore, to assess the company's success it is important to know which and how components of the system contribute to its overall performance from its internal structure.

Abstract: The use oftransfer pricing and other highly complex tax planning schemes have been a major concern by policymakers in many jurisdictions including KenyaIn the process countries lose out on revenue necessary for development and recurrent expenditures which has negative implication on economic growth. The general objective of the study was to determine the effect of international transfer pricing practices on economic growth in Kenya. This was guided by three specific objectives namely to determine the effect of trade mis-invoicing practices on the economic growth of Kenya; to determine the effect of foreign exchange rate adjustmentpractices on the economic growth of Kenya; and to determine the effect of transfer pricing policies on the economic growth of Kenya. Abstract: Agriculture plays an important role in the development of the Country's economy, as India is basically an agrarian economy. In this present scenario, the economy of the country is affected and no sector is being escaped from the impact of Covid-19. The Global Pandemic of COVID -19 has severely crippled the income of the Indian farmers . But what is more interesting is that, this time we aren't very concerned about the crop yield because it is good enough and the standing crops are ready to be harvested. Therefore, there has been an unusual shift of our focus from agricultural output to " depressing" agricultural prices. The term 'unusual' is primarily implies that this time ,the dampening agricultural prices is not due to excess supply but due to 'Depressing Demand' . Its impact on agriculture is complex and varied from the other sector and it is basically related with the problems.....

Abstract: This study investigates the stock markets' reaction to the COVID-19 pandemic. We use daily COVID-19 confirmed cases and stock market index data of Bangladesh stock market over the period of March 8, 2020 to July 8,2020. The study finds that stock market return respond negatively to the growth of confirmed cases of COVID-19. The reaction is more strong in early days of confirmed cases. The findings suggest that stock market immediately react to the pandemic and it varies over time.

Abstract: This paper focuses on the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) in the financial services of private banks in Bangalore. And findthe application of artificial intelligence methodology in the banks as well as responses from the clients or consumers. This research is focused on the top 10 leading private banks in India. Abstract: The Kenyan government has been implementing policies to expand financial access including promoting mobile enabled financial services to those excluded by the formal banking sector. Majority of small scale businesses in Kenya have no access to a bank account due to limited bank branches and information asymmetry about the sector. Abstract: International migration has considered one of the influential parts of the capital inflow for any country. Capital inflow facilitates more investment opportunity for business firm following a employment generation for local workforce. It also improves the socio-economic conditions of the migrant's family member. Remittance is also considered as one of the key components of economic growth of a country and has been an important part of capital inflow for many less developed countries. It promotes employment opportunity abroad for those who find it difficult to get a job in local workforce. According to World Bank, Remittances favor in balance of payment for the less developed countries and assist to create new sources of capital inflow and creating new sources of employment abroad.
