Abstract: The structural change theory states that as GDP per capita increases, the % share of out-put in primary sector declines whereas the % share of the secondary sector initially increases and subsequently decreases ,while the % share of tertiary sector increases steadily. The structural change in out-put across Jammu & Kashmir economy's key sectors is not following the path way of the structural change theory of out-put which implies that percentage share of out-put in primary sector declines systematically as GNP per capita income rises whereas the percentage share of both secondary and tertiary sectors out-put rise to offset this decline. But, this offset takes place in such a manner that at first stage of structural change theory, major percentage share of out-put reallocates to secondary sector (almost 75%) and the rest is reallocated to tertiary sector and during the second stage of structural change theory of out-put, shift of out-put from primary and secondary sector takes place to tertiary sector.

Abstract: Agent banking is one of the most popular financial services in the world where there are difficulties in accessing geographical locations easily. And that is why agent banking is very successful in Latin America & Africa. Other developed like United Kingdom, Australia etc countries are also gradually deploying agent banking because it reduces the cost of operating of the bank. Most of the services of a bank can be provided through agents, thus people of remotest area of a country can be brought under proper financial structure by the virtue of agent banking. According to the agent banking guideline the software of any individual agent will be connected to the core software of the bank, so transactions that will take place in agent premises will be shown in the banking system real-time and those transactional statements can be used anywhere and everywhere for different purposes of the client. I have done my research on agent banking and its prospect for last one year and finally prepared this paper.

Title | : | Educational Scenario of Children in India- An Analytical Study |
Country | : | India |

Abstract: The Education system of a country does not function in isolation from the society of which it is a part. Hierarchies of castes, economic status, gender relations and cultural diversities as well as uneven economic development also deeply influence issues relating to access and equity in education. Though India was widely acclaimed as a land of knowledge and wisdom during ancient times yet access to education was limited to select strata of the society. The biggest change in education in the last five years is the focus on "Learners" in a pro-active manner. This being so, learners are central to attempts to improve the quality of education. While this may appear obvious as logic, it needs to be consciously reflected in practice. Education, to be inclusive needs to be responsive to the diverse needs and circumstances of learners and to give appropriate weight to the abilities, skills and knowledge they bring to the teaching and learning process. India has made progress in terms of increasing the primary education attendance rate and expanding literacy to approximately three-quarters of the population in the 7-100 age group, by 2011. India's improved education system is often cited as one of the main contributors to the economic rise of India. Much of the progress, especially in higher education and scientific research, has been credited to various public institutions. At primary through high school level, as well as certain higher level technical schools, India has a combination of government run public and private schools system. About 60% of the students go to public schools and 40% to private. Key Words: Children, Role of Education, Data Analysis, Conclusion.

Title | : | Transformation of Natural Value in to Spurious Value; Emerging Issue in Value Theory |
Country | : | India |
Authors | : | Satheeshbabu Kollambalath |
: | 10.9790/5933-0514162 |
Abstract: In this paper an attempt is made to accommodate the quality of "originality content‟ in our economic analysis and tries to find out whether any role is played by the disappearance of this originality and non transmutable element in the emergence of the economic instability in the free market economy. For this purpose, the value of goods or an asset, against the contemporary belief on value, is classified into natural value (original value) and unnatural value (artificialvalue). This classification is based on the assumption that contribution to value of product made by factors are dependents on rate / amount of "net addition to real value "in the visible and enjoyable form‟ and not estimated in terms of "monetary value. Such values do not defame the original value accumulated by real addition of value. The unnatural value is artificial value accumulated on the product without corresponding additions of value in real terms. The purpose of this chapter is to describe the way by which this "unnatural value‟ is generated and accumulated. In its original form, it is grown in financial market and then penetrates into nonfinancial market. In this chapter, an attempt is made to prove that unnatural value is temporary and transient with no foundation in the market and disappears soon after the growthof GDP.
