Abstract: An effective cotton spinning requires efficient opening & cleaning of raw material. The beating point of coarse cleaning machine (Uniclean) influences neps generation, fiber length and short fiber content. By keeping this view, to change various setting, Cleaning Intensity (C.I) and Relative Amount of Waste (RAW) of cleaning machine which affects fiber rupture, cleaning efficiency, good fiber loss percentage in waste. The effect of beater speed of coarse cleaner was studied for quality characteristics of cotton. The results in respect of neps generation, fiber length and short fiber content showed highly significant differences in the mean values for different combination of settings as well as cleaning segments

Abstract: A detailed analysis of the influence of PLA filament colour on thermal and optical properties of the 3D print was performed. Additionally, the correlation between the temperature of the nozzle of the 3D printer and quality of the printed model was investigated. To add more, a comparison between thermal properties of material exposed to different UV lights and a sample not exposed to such light was performed. The spectrophotometry was used for an analysis of optical properties, such as absorbance, of the samples printed from PLA of different colours. The DSC analysis was used for measuring the thermal properties of the analysed samples. It was determined that......

Abstract: Dyeing of cellulose substances with reactive and direct dyes is commercially very famous, but isn't always eco-friendly. Then again, pigment hues cannot be carried out with the aid of conventional exhaust methods. Those troubles may be solved or minimized by means of growing the affinity of cellulose materials. Cat ionization of cellulose fibers improves affinity closer to anionic dyes like reactive dyes, direct dyes, and pigment shades dispersed with anionic dispersal. Cellulose fabrics dyed with reactive dyes require a large amount of salt, which pollutes clean watercourses. Because of the hydrolysis of the dye, the dyeing effluent consists of a large amount of hydrolyzed.........

Abstract: Fly-ash is fine particles that are extracted from the burning of coal in electric generation power plant in thousands of tons each year. The HDPE material is compounded with different concentration of Fly-ash to form composite material. The TSE (Twin Screw extruder) is used for compounding the material and the test specimen is prepared by injection molding machine to study the physical and other properties. Mechanical property (such as, tensile strength, flexural strength, impact strength, hardness), Electrical property (such as, di-electric strength ,volume & surface resistivity) & Rheological property (such as, melt flow index) is discussed. These results are investigated with different composition of Fly-ash filled with HDPE and other plastics materials. The variation in the physical and other properties is observed.

Abstract: The individual performance is critical to the execution of institutional strategy and the achievement of strategic objectives of organizations. Institutions tend to put more focus on the formulation of strategies rather than on the strategy implementation, which requires good performance by all employees in the institution. Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) Performance Management Systems (PMSs) are too generic, which have several challenges, and have resulted to concerns regarding being effective and objective by employees of some organizations. This study developed a Task-based PMS model to address the gaps identified in the current PMSs. This was achieved by review.........

Abstract: Mobile Ad hoc networks have been used in various applications. Its attractive features are its decentralized nature and less infrastructure need. Wifi-direct can be used in mobile adhoc network which is a Wi-Fi standard enabling devices to easily connect with each other without requiring a wireless access point.[1]
Assurance of road safety using new technology of Ad hoc mobile network is a developing research topic all over the world. In this paper, Wifi-direct Ad hoc network is used to ensure road safety .One key feature of Wi-Fi Direct is the ability to connect devices even if they are from separate manufacturers. Only one of the Wi-Fi devices needs to be compliant.......

Abstract: Indian private teaching institutes are growing by leaps and bounds. The coaching industry has shown tremendous growth in Medical, Engineering and Specialized courses. Another phenomenon which is now a big point of attraction is introduction of Learning Management Institutes in India. Till now face to face teaching was the only method adopted into private tuition industry, but after the initiative taken by coaching institutes likes MT Educare's ROBOMATE and ALLEN's E learning program and other players in the industry, the LMS has grown into its status because of managing the entire ecosystem in such an effective way that it has become an integral part of the teaching pedagogy........

Abstract: Indian private tuition industry is a going through a disruptive mode, where this industry has moving from one-way delivery to two-way delivery model and technology is the biggest driver to cause this disruption. Instructors role has been changing from delivery to maintaining the entire delivery to tracking the development of the students as well as continuous feedbacks from them demands them to updates them frequently. Online screening and easy accessibility of vast question banks helps to build a strong record management for the students as well as for the instructors to monitor the growth individually........

Abstract: India and Nigeria had a common history of British imperial conquest and domination, despite coming from different continents. India pulled down the Union Jack on 15th August 1947 after a protracted struggle with British imperialists. And Nigeria gained self-rule on 1st October 1960 through dialogue and many constitutional conferences. At the height of the Cold War India and Nigeria belong to the Non Alliance club of State as well as an association of British and her former colonial territories called Commonwealth. The two states officially tied the diplomatic knot in 1958 which gave rise to a series of multifaceted intercourse. Nigeria-India relations have been cordial and characterised by cooperation at international fora and at bi-lateral levels. Indian Direct Foreign Investment in Nigeria runs billions......
