ABSTRACT: The current level of rice production in the country falls significantly short of satisfying the growing demand. It is essential to enhance rice production to fulfill national requirements. One effective approach to boost rice output is through the judicious application of chemical fertilizers. Nevertheless, the prolonged and uneven use of these fertilizers has resulted in severe consequences. This study was conducted during the rice growing season (February – June, 2024)......

ABSTRACT: Introduction: Market competition is a dynamic phenomenon that changes based on influences linked to economic, behavioral, legal, technological and regulatory aspects. The interface between agribusiness and family farming presents distinctive values that must be protected in each market segment they occupy. Considering small wine producers, it is necessary to understand the challenges family farming faces in relation to the production and marketing.....

ABSTRACT: Background: Waxy maize starch exhibits strong hydrophilic ability, high swelling power and viscosity, and difficult to retrogradation, due to its high amylopectin content, holding great potentials in food application. The acid heat treatment is commonly employed to produce modified starch with high resistance towards hydrolysis, during which new glucoside bonds are formed, such as α-1,2, β-1,2 and α-1,3, β-1,3 and other glucoside bonds. Cold plasma had been emerged as.....

ABSTRACT: The scarcity of cheap animal protein can be abated through tilapia aquaculture if uncontrolled reproduction and precocious maturity in tilapia can be combated. This research aims to explore natural reproductive inhibitory agents, specifically Neem seed oil, as a cost-effective method for managing tilapia populations. This study investigates the effects of varying dietary supplementation levels of Neem (Azadirachta indica) seed oil on the reproductive physiology.....
