Abstract: Although understanding of catalog patronage behavior has progressed substantially in the past decade, two avenues of inquiry have been largely overlooked. Psychographic characteristics have been neglected in favor of demographic descriptors. Analysis reveals a catalog shopping segment motivated primarily by recreational interests and only secondarily by convenience concerns. This finding is contrary to much of the extant research that suggests that catalog shopping is chosen for its convenience. Abstract: Civil servants are stated servants who are given authority in the management of the Stated both in decentralization and in regional autonomy. The Medan City Public Works Department must be responsible for the problem of public work services so that good performance is needed in its services. One factor that can affect performance is work stress. Analysis is done using Smart-PLS to find out the indicators that affect the variables. The results showed that thework stress has negative affect and significant to employee performance in Department of Public Work Medan City.

Abstract: The work environment contributes to creating a high work system. It can lead to the realization of better organizational goals. This study examined the effect of physical work environment on employee's performance in sample of field employees. The technique of collecting samples is probability by cluster sampling method. The author used Slovin sampling technique so that 94 field employees (α = 5%) were used as research respondents. Data collection method by distributing questionnaires as many as 20 questions, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques are descriptive statistical analysis and Structural Equation Modelling (Partial Least Squares) to determine the effect of each variable studied. The results specified that physical work environment quality has a significant positif impact on field employee's performance..

Abstract: Credit management is an important component in firms that offer credit to clients. Sound credit management is a prerequisite for a financial institutions stability and profitability. The research focused on the effect of credit management on financial performance of deposit taking SACCOS in Nakuru town. Abstract: This study examined the effects of service quality perception on bank customers: A comparative analysis between Nigeria and Turkey. Primary data were used and 250 questionnaire were distributed while 245 and 247 were filled and returened by the customers of the selected banks in Nigeria and Turkey respectively.The study employed logit regression analysis as the estimation techniques.From the findings, the result from Turkey revealed that the value of McFadden R-squared was 0.601669 that is 60.2%. which implies that there exist 60.2% variation of the dependent variable (Bank's customer) can be explained by the independent variables (TAN, REL, RES, ASS, EMP). The LR value was 185.7626 and its p-value was 0.00000 implies that the independent variables can jointly influence the dependent variable. Abstract: Economic growth becomes a concentration that needs to be increased to meet the era of globalization. Government support or role through the Cooperative and UMKM Service program provides assistance in the form of education and training as well as capital assistance to small and medium enterprises and cooperatives that are expected to be able to face free competition.
