Through this research paper I would like to concentrate the motivational beliefs of learners and the impact of these beliefs on their achievement. Abstract: The review of key content concepts is absolutely necessary for a teacher to confirm students' understanding of the material. There are many ways or strategies but they all revolve around eliciting responses of several exploratory tasks which will reveal students' depth of understanding of the material. The review of key content concepts has a direct link with higher order thinking skills questioning. The teacher needs to be equipped with the skill for the type of inquiry involving questions on predicting, explaining, summarizing, evaluating, making connections, interpreting, etc. of the material.

Abstract: Information and Communication Technology (ICT) pockets together many technologies - current and emerging -which enable users to receive and send information through signal detection and interpretation. In the realm of education, ICT contribution can be broadly categorized as a medium for corroboration, support for traditional subjects and as an administrative tool. To effect this contribution productively, implementation of ICT in form of tools and equipments turns mandatory. This research study explores the critical use of ICT in the field of fashion design and recommends ways to increase the factor of efficiency and effectiveness. This research provides direction for subsequent exploration, given that limited study that has been conducted in India. This study adopts the Delphi approach, which summarizes the opinion of experts through the process of thesis and anti-thesis till a synthesis is achieved and arrived at. It therefore provides a foundation for in-depth study in the area of ICT in Fashion Design Education from an Indian perspective.

Title	:	Association between Repeated Sprint Tests Integrated In the Physical Education Program and Anxiety in Adolescent Students

Abstract: The aim of this study was to show the association between anxiety and the repeated sprint test in adolescent students. We worked on the central notion of anxiety, 20 students (17.1 ± 0.4 years) agreed to submit to the study by answering questionnaires based on the anixiété. All participants were tested for RSA test (6 × (15 + 15 m)) interspersed with a recovery time of 25 seconds. This test allowed us to calculate and measure the total time (RSATT), average time (RSAMean) the fatigue index (RSAdec) and the best time (RSAbest). Statistical analysis revealed a very significant correlation between anxiety and RSATT (r = -0.76, p <0.01). Similarly the RSAMean and RSApic is significantly correlated with anxiety (r = 0.65, p <0.01 ; (r = 0.78, p <0.01 respectevely). But no correlation was observed between anxiety and RSAIF. The performance of RSA test strongly correlated with anxiety in adolescent students, appear to be useful for evaluating the psychological status of students and may thus allow a revaluation of self and lead a renewed motivation. We can conclude that the absorption of inactivity students requires efforts both pedagogical, didactic and in terms of teacher intervention.

Abstract: Inscribed in the field of language didactics, Physical and Sports activities didactics, this study is based on a survey of students' conceptions about the impact of monolinguals' on learning with heterogeneous classes during a PE session at the French primary school Robert Desnos in Tunisia. In this research, we underway from a concretely observed phenomenon in the French schools abroad and from a central question posed by this manifestation. We took the example of one of these schools located in Tunisia. By the observable phenomenon we indicate the progressive emergence of the heterogeneity's concept in the teachers' current language which returns mainly to the different mutations of the French educational system.

Abstract: Data, information and decision process are linked to each other. Data after processing is transformed into information and information is the base for decision making process. It is very important to have relevant information for correct, timely and effective decisions to be made. Management Information System (MIS) has assumed great importance in this context. The paper explains the concept of data, information and MIS. The importance of MIS, its rapid growth and latest trends in MIS are discussed in the paper. Education sector has a special place in the agenda of any government due to its importance for well-being of the citizens and the country as a whole. Education Management Information System (EMIS) plays an important role in developing appropriate plans, strategies and policies for improving the education system. Case studies of EMIS of Nigeria and Zambia have been discussed briefly to learn lessons from their experiences. Paper suggests the desirable EMIS for better management of information in education sector.

Abstract: This study investigated the application of Information and communications technology (ICT) in the management of student personnel services in north central Nigeria. The study was a descriptive survey. The population of the study comprised 1,294 respondents made up of 763 personnel in federal and 531 personnel in state universities. Out of the population, samples of 448 respondents made up of 281 personnel in federal and 167 personnel in state universities were selected by random sampling technique. The instrument used for data collection was a 28-item questionnaire. Data collected were analyzed using mean.

Abstract: The improvement of teachers' professionalism in life skill and CEP based chemistry learning is needed. This research aims to find the model of training management in designing life skill and CEP based chemistry learning with details of (1) describing the design, (2) obtaining the test result, (3) finding the effectiveness, and (4) finding the description of the training model in designing life skill and CEP based chemistry learning. This research used Research and Development (R & D) approach with stages of (1) conducting a preliminary study, (2) determining the empirical model based on the analysis result of preliminary study, (3) developing the empirical toward the hypothetical model, (4) testing the effectiveness of the hypothetic model through limited field test, and (5) improving the hypothetical toward the finding model.

Abstract: This academic study which is taken from March to October 2012 is anchored on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) which states that teachers' capability to undertake classroom instruction is affected by their perception on classroom action research itself. Title	:	Survey Based Study on Attitude of Final Year Degree Students towards Value Education in Chittoor Town.

Abstract: The main purpose of this study was to examine the attitude of final year degree students towards value education in Chittoor town. In this study, random sampling method was adopted. The participants of the study were 320 final year degree students of Chittoor town, Andhra Pradesh, India in 2013-2014 session. The tool used in the study for data collection was a 70 item questionnaire developed by the researchers by reviewing a number of books, news paper articles dealing with value education. The views expressed by different persons were collected in the form of statements and all the options thus obtained were pooled for coming to a conclusion. The intrinsic validity of the tool was established. The reliability of the tool was established using split half method which was found to be 0.91. This was correlated for full length by Spearman brown prophecy formula which was found to be 0.95. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistical methods ( mean, median, mode, standard deviation ) , skewness, kurtosis and differential analysis using t-test. The findings of the study revealed that entire sample of students had a positive but significant difference in their attitude towards value education. Based on the findings, suggestions were made that same study may be extended to other towns, districts, first and second year degree students, MBA, MCA, diploma, engineering and medical colleges etc. Different other variables like socio-economic status, religion, caste etc. can be included.
