Abstract: The objective of the study was to assess the influence of logarithmic calculation errors on students' performance in mathematics tests, in public secondary schools in mwala sub-county, machakos county, kenya. The specific objectives were to assess the influence of language and conceptual errors in the logarithms of numbers on students' performance in mathematics tests in mwala sub-county. Abstract: Recently, there has been a great shift in the teaching methods in Morocco, requiring more focus on the principles of autonomous learning and the competencies that students should develop and acquire. This shift in language teaching necessitates other forms of assessment to support the already existing traditional ways of assessing students that might include different forms of performance assessment which can support the competency-based instruction that the curriculum of teaching English in Middle Schools in Morocco adheres to. Abstract: With many advantages in enrollment and recruitment today, IELTS certification is becoming a learning priority for many students, especially high school students. Recognized by more than 11,000 organizations in more than 140 countries globally, IELTS is a popular English certificate in the world because of its security, reliability, and practicality, not only bringing opportunities shortly for learners but also helping equip long-term knowledge and skills. IELTS Reading is considered by many learners as the most challenging skill as lots of effort and time are required if learners wish to make much progress in Reading. In the current study, 86 freshmen took part in the semi-interview as the major participants. Specifically, this paper looks at some typical reading difficulties faced by freshmen and offers some suggestions to help learners achieve their targets.

Abstract: El perfil de ingreso es importante durante el proceso de admisión, ya que permite identificar las habilidades con las que cuentan los aspirantes. Se analizaron los resultados obtenidos de la prueba LEXIUM y proyectiva, aplicados a los aspirantes de nuevo ingreso a la Facultad de Medicina, en el período Otoño 2023, aunado a los promedios de los estudiantes durante la preparatoria. En los resultados se identificó que no existe ninguna relación entre el promedio de preparatoria y los resultados LEXIUM, así como también los alumnos presentan en mayor frecuencia las habilidades de razonamiento, siendo las habilidades de planeación y de inteligencia emocional un área de oportunidad; la prueba proyectiva se identificó que una mínima cantidad de alumnos de escuela privada reconocen las normas, sin embargo la mayoría pueden presentar problemas para la adaptación. En conclusión es necesario un proceso de admisión exigente y crear herramientas para contribuir en su proceso formativo.

Abstract: According to many learners, biology is difficult at the senior high school (SHS) level. This study explored the perceived difficulty in learning biology. The study used 157 leaners as the target population. The findings revealed that, biology is overloaded with complicated terminologies which are difficult to understand. It was also found that biology practical lessons should be improved and that, biology should be taught with audio-visuals materials.

Abstract: In order to attain a top-notch university education in Enugu State, the study looked at how accessible the educational facilities and e-lab resources are. To achieve the study's goals, the inquiry was guided by two research questions, and two hypotheses were evaluated at the significance level of 0.05.
