Abstract: Tongo Is Located In Funakaye L.G.A Of Gombe State Part Of Sheet 131SE Bajoga Which Falls Within The Gongola Arm Of The Northern Benue Trough. The Tongo Area Is Underlain By Predominantly Two Rock Types, The Conacian-Santonian Marine Shales Of Fika Member Which Is Part Of The Pindiga Formation, And Campanian-Maastrichtian Continental Sandstones Of Gombe Formation. The Sandstones Overlie The Shales Uncomformably. The Gypsum Mineralization In The Area Is Hosted By The Mudstone-Shale Of The Fika Member Of The Pindiga Formation. The Gypsum Occurs Concordantly Within The Shales But Discontinuous Within The Bedding....

Abstract: Morphometric Studies And Land Use/Land Cover Analysis Play A Key Role In Integrated Watershed Management. Sustainable Resource Utilization At A Watershed Level Requires An In-Depth Understanding Of Land Use, Drainage, And Hydrological Patterns Of The Watershed. In Developing Countries, Poverty Has Led To Unsuitable Land Management Practices (E.G. Deforestation, Continuous Tillage), Contributing To Increased Soil Erosion In Watersheds. To Reduce Soil Erosion At The Watershed Level, Watershed Managers Need To Make Informed Decisions Such As Developing Vegetative Cover And Agroforestry. However, This Is Limited Due To A Lack Of Readily Available.....

Abstract: Studies related to the analysis of morphological parameters are very important for knowing the hydrological conditions in watersheds, especially in arid and semi-arid regions. As a result of the climatic changes that the world has been witnessing recently, these areas are exposed to flash floods that lead to the destruction of main roads, villages, and infrastructure and the deaths of many people. However, there are no accurate measurements to calibrate rainfall and surface runoff. Among these areas is Wadi Atfih in the eastern desert of Egypt. Therefore, the aim of the research was to study the effect of the morphological parameters on the surface runoff in Wadi Atfih. The current study.....

Abstract: Research has been conducted at Bangli
Bali Narcotics Correction Centre . This research is expected to reveal the
state of the borehole aquifer and the potential of the aquifer with the Audio Magnetotelluric ( ADMT method.
The research was conducted on six measurement trajectories. The result obtained is that in all six trajectories
there is a layer of rocks. These rocks are thought to come from the eruption of Mount Batur Purba. At the
research site, the distribution of water is more in the western area, while in the eastern area there is less,
although there is but deeper, namely on tra jectory 2 220 m depth. On trajectory 6 (northernmost trajectory ) the
aquifer is found at a depth of 50 m, while on trajectory 4 (southernmost trajectory ) the aquifer is found at a
depth of 65 m. The direction of water flow is from north to south (from......

Abstract: The incidents of landslide and mass movement along NH10 in Sikkim is very frequent and hazardous. One of them is Martam landslide that is very big and active landslide which is located at Lat 27°15'34.4''N, Long. 88°33'02.2''E on NH10 near the Martam village. The landslide location is about 9 km from Ranipool on NH-10 towards Singtam. It is a debris fall type of mass movement causes by the heavy rainfall which result in erosion of loose and unstable material, rising of water table and decrease the cohesiveness of the soil. Geology of the area, slope, rainfall, climate and......

Abstract: The Dalongtan Spring Catchment Area is located in the sloping zone between the Nanpan River and Dianxi River, characterized by complex geological structures and intense karst development. In this study, various methods such as data collection, field surveys, hydrochemical experiments, and connectivity tests were employed to systematically analyze the karst development characteristics of the study area, including lithology, geological structures, topography, and hydrodynamic conditions. The research revealed that karst features such as dissolution channels and stone teeth are well-developed. The study area is situated in the sloping zone between the Nanpan......
