ABSTRACT: This paper presents a rheological study of agricultural product and its viscoelastic behaviour, by EF through the objective numerical simulation tool based on parameters derived from experimental tests, mainly Young's modulus, Poisson's ratio and thermal conductivity, to study the behaviour of raw potato (variety: spunta), to perform creep and conformance at constant load and each numerical model. The times imposed in the model and the strains recorded make it possible to determine the characteristic elastic part, the first and the second part of the creep curve and the determination of the quantitative parameters (dynamic viscosity ƞ1, ƞ2, E1, E2) of this biological material. These results which will be drawn present references to limit the maximum loads for the resistance of the potato against damage, and to increase the yield of the fresh product in the transports, storage and harvest also on the effect of temperature on the behaviour of potatoes under the conditions encountered in its estimated cycles.

ABSTRACT: Post-harvest disease of bananas, is often found in bananas in the market and fruit consumed as well as fruit after being used as offerings in temples or in storage. There is rot that starts from the base of the bunch that is attached to the fruit stalk and there is from the skin of the fruit. Diseases found in Ambon banana rot were Lasiodiplodia theobromaewith DNA fragments measuring 650 bp successfully amplified using universal primers ITS1/ITS4.The diversity and dominance index of exophytic fungi were as follows: The diversity index (H) found in healthy bananas in exophytic fungi was 2.2067, with a dominance index (D) of 0.7355. While the endophytic fungi found a diversity index........

ABSTRACT: The present experiment was carried out at the Horticulture field of Bangladesh Institute of Nuclear Agriculture, Mymensingh during the period from November 2018 to February 2019 to investigate the effects of cowdung, boron and zinc on growth and yield of carrot. The experiments consisted of four levels of cowdung, viz. 0,4,8 and 12 t/ha, two levels of zinc, viz. 0 and 20 kg ZnSO4/ha and two levels of boron, viz. 0 and 10 kg Borax/ha. The experiment was laid out in RCBD with 16 treatment combinations and 3 replications. Different levels of cowdung, zinc and boron significantly influenced the growth and yield of carrot. The gross and marketable yields per plot were the highest (10.23 and 7.94 kg) with the application of cowdung @8 t/ha; but the highest plant height, number of leaves........

ABSTRACT: The levels of genetic variability, heritability and genetic advance of twenty four agronomic and yield traits in M3 mutants of Bambara groundnut were evaluated. Field experiments were conducted for three years (2018, 2019, 2020) in University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Nigeria using randomised complete block design (RCBD) with five replicates. Estimates of genetic variability components, broad-sense heritability and genetic advance were computed for each trait. Only petiole length and 100-seed weight showed significant genotypic differences while eleven traits showed no significant genotypic differences. Environmental variance was significant for plant height, number of leaves, terminal leaflet length, petiole length, internode length, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per plant, seed yield, 100-seed weight, number of nodes per stem, plant spread and terminal leaflet width........

ABSTRACT: Southeast Sulawesi's economic development is influenced by the performance of economic sectors as reflected in the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). Southeast Sulawesi's GRDP growth rate based on 2010 constant prices according to business fields for the 2016-2020 period shows that the agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sectors grew 5.06% from 4.25% of the total average GRDP of Southeast Sulawesi. This illustrates that the role of the agricultural sector in the formation of the GRDP of Southeast Sulawesi is quite important so that there is great potential for the development of superior commodities in the agricultural sub-sector that are export-oriented and competitive.........

ABSTRACT: A feeding trial that lasted eight (8) weeks was conducted to evaluate the performance characteristics and haematological parameters of broiler chicken (starter and finisher phases) fed pineapple waste-rice bran diets. Fresh pineapple waste was mixed with rice bran in ratio 1.1 (w/w) to obtain pineapple waste-rice bran mixture. Two hundred day old broiler chicks were randomly allotted to five dietary treatments. Each treatment had forty birds which were replicated four times with 10 birds per replicate .Five diets were formulated such that 0, 10, 12.5, 15 and 17.5% of wheat branwas replaced with pineapple waste – rice bran mixture. At starter phase, results obtained showed that final live weight, daily weight gain, feed intake and feed to gain ratio were significantly affected (p<0.05). Broilersin starter phase fed 10% PW/RB level had better performance which was similar to those on the......

ABSTRACT: In India Panchayati Raj now functions as a system of governance in which gram Panchayats are the basic units of local administration. The system has three levels: Gram Panchayat (village level), Mandal Parishad or Block Samiti or Panchayat Samiti (block level), and Zila Parishad (district level). The study is needed for evaluating the role of Panchayat and the impact of the same on the development of study. Hence, "The study on role performance of elected Panchayat Members in Ujjain district of Madhya Pradeshwith 120 members of Ujjain district. The major finding is that The most important role played by the gram Panchaya tMembers under agriculture development programmeson the basis of calculated mean score obtained by the gram PanchayatMembers:Construction of godown for grain storage (mean score 2.24) as it was perceived to the highest extent by gram Panchayat Members.

ABSTRACT:Background: The primary forms of risk that farming households experience are weather uncertainty, pests and plant diseases, and product costs. Insurance is one of the financial mechanisms used to spread risk, such as crop failure. Since 2012, the Ministry of Agriculture has launched rice Farming Business Insurance , which aims to cover farmers' working capital in crop loss due to floods, droughts, or plant pest organism attacks . However, upon closer examination, there is a problem of farmers losing interest in insuring their farming activities, indicating a decline in the government's aim achievement. One reason farmers are hesitant to participate in AUTP is that they cannot agree on the.......
