Abstract: The main purpose of this study was to examine the effects of strategic management practice on the performance of Technical Universities in Ghana. The study used descriptive survey design and quantitative approach. The researcher used simple random sampling technique to select a sample size of 210 respondents for the study. The study used questionnaire to gather primary data to address the research questions. The frequency and percentages, Linear multiple Regression were used to analyse the data collected.
