Abstract: Background: This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect influence of service quality and accessibility on passenger satisfaction and its impact on the intention to reuse the Adi Soemarmo Airport Train service in Solo, Indonesia. The main issues identified are the suboptimal service quality and limited accessibility of the Adi Soemarmo Airport Train, as passengers still need to use other modes of transportation to reach the station
