Abstract: The inclusion of women and youth in corporate boards has gained global attention for its potential to enhance decision-making, innovation, and governance effectiveness. However, there remains a lack of consensus on the threshold at which gender diversity significantly impacts governance outcomes. Further, while advisory boards can amplify youth voices, the direct influence of young directors on corporate decision-making remains under-examined.
