Abstract: With the advancement in the IT industry, the cloud computing has arose as a new exemplar. Because the focus of the cloud computing is on providing the flexible, scalable and pay per use services over Internet. Generally the services offered by the cloud computing are provided by a third party called cloud service provider. The characteristics like reduced cost and efficient results make the cloud computing appealing for all type of companies (small/big). But regardless of all the benefits and opportunities that are offered by the cloud computing, there are still some unaddressed issues that need to be dealt with. This paper gives an overview of the cloud computing, along with the revolutions made so far in this field. The main objective of this paper is to provide the insight to the issues and challenges related to the data management in cloud environments and to classify the vital research themes related to this advancing technology

Abstract: WiMAX provide the fixed and wireless connectivity to the MS and SS node in metropolitan environments. For the wireless environment, security is very main concern because security is more compromised as compared to wired network. Therefore privacy key management protocols are designed to secured key exchange and management of the security in wireless environment in WIMAX. These PKM protocols have many flaws and weakness. An attacker can try various attacks on these protocols to break the confidentiality, integrity, authentication and authorization. There are two main protocol pkmv1 and pkmv2. This paper constitutes the study of these protocols and find out the various threats possibility in the both protocol version.

Abstract: Listening to songs has been found to affect the state of human brain. Emotion based music recommender with automated playlists can help users to maintain a selected emotional behaviour. This research proposes an emotion based music recommender that create playlists based on real time pictures of the user. A great indicator of the state of a mind for a person are its facial expressions. The most expected way to express emotions is through facial expressions. Humans most likely link the music they listen to, to the emotion they are feeling. The song playlists though are, at times very large to be sorted automatically. It would be helpful and amazing if the music player was smart enough.........

Abstract: Network Security is major concern for all organizations. There are different types of network security, that can be implemented on organizations such as application security, network access control, email security to mention a few. A firewall is a type of network security that acts as the gateway between internal and external network. It restricts potential attacks to gain critical information and prevents unauthorized access to the private network. The objective of this paper is to provide information about the architectural features and their benefits of NGFW solutions provided by Cisco's Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) and Fortinet's FortiGate.

Title | : | Performance Appraisal System: Hurting Gender Equality |
Country | : | India |
Authors | : | Shweta Tomar |
: | 10.9790/0661-2103033740 |
Abstract: Much research and work has been directed to women in management in last two decades. Despite progress being towards gender equality in almost every field, it is seen that there are still real differences when it comes to career development, leadership roles and top management levels in the organizations. Whenever the topic of gender equality comes up, it is mainly within the context of women being victims of workplace discrimination. When gender role stereotyping is done during performance review, it has far reaching consequences as performance review is mainly linked with salary, promotions, transfers and other employment related decisions. Therefore, it is very important to eliminate gender biasing as it will affect the organization which may lose out top performers and may lead to low motivation in employees who are performing well.

Abstract: With the increase in the number of digital devices and ever increasing use of the frequency spectrum, our environment is susceptible to a variety of electromagnetic noise signals. These signals pose a real threat to the accurate functioning of the various electronic sensors. The requirement of a sensor system immune to these noises is becoming a must in various fields like biomedical engineering and cutting edge robotics. Fiber optic sensors, being immune to other radiations are a viable alternative. There has been a rapid increase in the use of optic fiber sensors for various biomedical applications. Goniometers are devices which are used to measure the degree of recovery after an injury to an elbow, knee or finger by finding to what extend the patient can move these parts without pain. This paper aims to calibrate a goniometer device with the help of optical fiber sensors

Abstract: We have conscious objectives and desires that drive us to achieve our goals. The project is based on blogging that will be done by the Social Club. As many social club for needy people in our city are doing great work and helping society to grow together. But unfortunately they are not having any platform to show their works. Apart of social media they have no other platform to show their work. We have tried to give them a platform where they can upload their work with picture and contents as well. So that they can simply share a link to show their work in www (World Wide Web) platform as well as in application that any user or any person can check by visiting the application

Abstract: There are various and different types of software tools available for the solution of different medical image methods. There are different types of medical images like computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, x-ray and ultrasound and many more. So image contrast enhancement should be a step that increases the clarity and information present in the medical images. Also the contrast is the significant value of a medical image because if there is less contrast then it is not possible for the investigator to diagnose the problem. The main purpose of this research work is to enhance contrast of medical image based on the histogram based method so that maximum information.........

Title | : | Why do Northeastern states have lower women's malnutrition? |
Country | : | India |
Authors | : | Prisiclla C. Ngaihte || Vanya Mehta |

Abstract: This paper explores the potential determinants behind women's malnutrition, or lackthereof, in the Northeastern states of Sikkim, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh and Manipur. The lowest rates of women's malnutrition in India, measured by the National Family Health Survey as percentage of women with low body mass index (BMI), are in these Northeastern states. States with lower percentages of women with low BMI typically have higher female literacy rates, high female work participation rates and better access to sanitation at the household level. These findings suggest that states with greater levels of gender equality may be more likely to also have better nutritional outcomes among women. This paper also suggests that there is an important connection between the condition of sanitation at the household level and improvements in women's nutrition, a very important finding for states governments in India.

Abstract: This paper is a brief implementation of our application in Mobile Augmented Reality. In today's world, we believe Immersive Computing is the future of computing. AR (Augmented Reality) and VR(Virtual Reality [1]) make computing more natural and immersive.Interacting with your data in a more natural way is the future [2]. We've used Sceneform to overlay 3D graphics of Furniture on top of the real world. We've also used Motion Tracking to track your objects and Augmented Images to detect Images and overlay graphics on them. Now in our proposed system, we've made possible for users to actually try the furniture objects sitting in the home without visiting the shops
