Abstract: Background: COPD , Being An Important Cause Of Mortality And Morbidity In India Have Been Recently Associated With Increased NT-Probnp Levels. NT-Probnp Has Been Used Widely As A Marker Of Heart Failure. However, There Are Few Studies That Analyze The NT-Probnp Levels In COPD Patients. So This Study Was Conducted To Know The Concentrations Of Ntprobnp And The Influence Of The Factors That Usually Modify Them, In A Population Of Patients Of Western Rajasthan With COPD During Episodes Of Decompensation, In Order To Know The Future Uses Of This Biomarker In These Type Of Patients. Materials And Methods: In This Prospective Randomised Observational Study.......

Abstract: Background: ACS Encompasses A Wide Range Of Clinical Manifestations From STEMI To NSTEMI Or UA. It Is More Frequent In India, Which Has A Greater Rate Than The Rest Of The World. STEMI Individuals Were More Likely To Be Identified Than NSTEMI Or UA. The Most Common Cause Underlying ACS Is Atherosclerosis. Hypertension, Diabetes, Dyslipidemia And Social Habits Are All Major Risk Factors. In Majority Of Individuals Suffering From NSTEMI Have A Higher Annual Death Rate Than Those Experiencing STEMI. The Study's Major Goal Is To Find Out Which Risk Variables Lead To ACS In An Observational Study. To Identify The Therapeutic Plan For Patients Based On Clinical Profile, To Assess The Co Morbidities As Well As The Therapeutic Approach And The Parameters On Which ACS Has Indeed Been Confirmed..........

Abstract: Background: Prolapsed Inter Vertebral Disc (PIVD)Is Commonly Encounter Clinical Entity Which 5-20 Cases Per 1000 Adults Annually And Is Most Common In People In 3rd To 5th Decade Of Life. Pregabalin And Duloxetine Are The Commonly Prescribed Medicine For Controlling Neuropathic Pain In Many Circumstances. But There Is A Limited Number Of Studies Comparing The Efficacy And Safety Of Pregabalin And Duloxetine. Materials & Methods: An Comparative Study Conducted In The Department Of PMR At AGMC And GBP Hospital Between July, 2021 To April, 2022 Among Those Patients Attending The OPD Among 100 Participants Each Treatment Group Of Pregabalin And Duloxetine In PIVD With Neuropathic Pain Due To PIVD. The Efficacy Was Assessed By VAS, DN4 And LANSS Assessment. Both Descriptive And Inferential Statistics Were Used To Analyze The Data.......

Abstract:Background: This Clinical Work Was Conducted On Two Cases To Evaluate The Healing Of Bony Periapical Lesions After Surgical Endodontics. Materials And Methods: Conventional Endodontic Treatment Followed By Surgical Endodontic Treatment Was Performed By Confirming Anatomical Configuration Of Bony Defects Like Dehiscence, Before And After Treatment Procedure With A Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) Image Analysis. Results: It Was Observed That There Was Gradual Increase In Bone Density And Reduction In Surface Area Of Radiolucent Area Over 6 Month Follow-Up In Both The Cases. Conclusion: Sticky Bone In Combination Along With Resorbable GTR Membrane And PRF Membrane Was Seen To Be Promising In Inducing And Accelerating Hard And Soft Tissue Regeneration.

Abstract: Since The 1970s, Modern Implantology Is Based On A Concept Of Surgery With Flap Elevation. Gradually, Several Clinical Trials Demonstrated That A Mid-Crestal Incision Gives Similar Success Rates Compared To Those Obtained Using The Classical Protocol 1. However, Over The Past Decade In Medicine It Has Been Established The Concept Of Minimally Invasive Surgery, Consisting In Taking Advantage Of Advancements Experienced In Diagnostic Techniques And Specific Surgical Instruments, To Perform Surgical Procedures Infringing As Less Damage As Possible To The Patient Through Minimal Incisions (Envelope Incision In The Beginning, Actually Without Lineal Incision (Punch), Reducing The Size Of The Instruments8.

Abstract: Background: In Dental Practice, Dentine Hypersensitivity (DHS) Is A Prevalent Clinical Concern Characterized By Short, Sharp Pain Arising From Exposed Dentin In Response To Non-Noxious Stimuli. A Desensitizing Agent Used To Alleviate DHS Can Also Influence The Bacterial Biofilm. Our Study Compares The Impact Of CSPS And Fluoride-Containing Desensitizing Toothpastes On The Formation Of Streptococcus Mutans Biofilm Based On The Assumption That Any Changes To The Tooth Surface May Have An Effect On Subsequent Biofilm Formation. The Present Study Might Be The First To Compare The Effects Of CSPS And Fluoride Containing Dentifrices On Biofilm Formation......
