Abstract: Spaced dentition is characterized by interdental spaces and lack of contact points between the teeth. Careful diagnosis and treatment planning on a multidisciplinary basis is required to treat adult patients with generalized spacing outcome. The following case report presents treatment of an adult female patient having generalized spacing in upper and lower arches and peg shaped upper right lateral incisor using fixed mechanotherapy with MBT bracket system followed by reshaping of peg shaped lateral incisor by direct composite build up..

Abstract: Facial palsy is a devastating condition with functional and esthetic sequelae resulting in profound quality of life impairment. When acquired, the inciting insult typically results in acute flaccid facial palsy (FFP). Depending on the degree of neural injury, ultimate outcomes range from persistent and complete FFP to full return of normal function.

Abstract: Naso-orbital-ethmoidal (NOE) fractures present complex challenges in craniofacial trauma, often leading to significant functional and aesthetic issues. This review provides a comprehensive analysis of critical complications and contemporary treatment strategies for NOE fractures. Key complications, including herniation, orbital contents entrapment, enophthalmos, and diplopia, arise from common pitfalls such as inadequate supraorbital ridge reconstruction, damage to the orbital roof, and loss of the frontal sinus posterior wall. The review.........

Abstract: Gall bladder diseases are becoming a common health problem throughout the world. Diseases of the gallbladder commonly manifest as gallstones and gallbladder cancer.1-2 Cholelithiasis is a common disorder afflicting 10 –20% of adult populations in the developed countries.3-4 A remarkable shift in the trend of gall-stone disease to young asthenic females in their twentieth decade has been witnessed, which was earlier prevalent in middle aged, fair, fertile and fat females, often in their forties.5 Chronic cholecystitis is the most common disease of gallbladder with a diverse histomorphological spectrum. Acute on chronic cholecystitis, chronic cholecystitis with....

Abstract: Introduction.

Abstract: Background: Cholelithiasis or gallstones are hardened deposits of digestive fluid which form in the gallbladder. Conversion of laparoscopic to open cholecystectomy occurs usually in patients with friable gall bladder, bleeding obscuring the view, inadequate exposure of calot's triangle, and oedematous gall bladder. Chance of this conversion from laparoscopic to open cholecystectomy can be estimated if the surgeon has reliable pre operative predictive factors. So in this study correlation of the USG findings and its criteria with intraoperative difficulties is being studied. Objective: The present....

Abstract: This study aimed to evaluate the comparative effects of Inhibitive Distraction (ID) and active neck muscle training on pain reduction, range of motion (ROM), functional ability, and proprioception in individuals with Cervical Spondylosis (CS). Participants were divided into two groups receiving either ID or active neck muscle training over a four-week period. Results showed significant improvements in pain reduction, ROM, and functional ability in both groups, with ID demonstrating a statistically superior effect in pain reduction and ROM by the fourth week. While both....
