Abstract: In this paper, objective is to first characterize the need of a heterogeneous reconfigurable router and show how an NoC built with reconfigurable routers allows the use of buffers with smaller depths. These in turn have a similar performance w.r.t. an NoC using a fixed size router, the latter showing a large buffer depth and incurring lower efficiency than the design presented here which can also lead to higher power consumption than the project design............

Abstract: Now a day the transmission lines are operated under the heavily stressed condition, hence there is risk of the consequent voltage instability. There is a multi-functional control device which can be effectively control the load flow distribution and the power transfer capability is the flexible alternating current transmission system (FACTS) Device. The FACTS device performance is depends upon its location and parameters setting. These devices have been proposed as an effective solution for controlling power flow and regulating bus voltage in electrical power systems, resulting in an increased transfer capability, low system losses, and improve stability...........

Abstract: This research paper demonstrates that Brushless DC (BLDC) motor for this stage is lavishly passed down by many industrial functions payable to the different features just like high speed range , high efficency and dynamic response. A prospective technology is used in this paper i.e. Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System Controller(ANFIS) for controlling the speed of BLDC motor. In the previous research , ANN ( Artificial Neural Network ) controller is used, which controlled the BLDC motor speed in an oppostion of PID controller. Abstract: Artificial Bee colony is one of the most efficient optimizing technique introduced so far. Artificial Bee Colony simulates the brilliant behavior honey bee swarm. Considering the environmental impacts that grow from the emission produced by the conventional fuel power plants, the economic dispatch that minimizes only the total fuel cost can no longer be considered as single objective function. Abstract: In this paper, AlGaN/GaN/AlGaN/GaN high electron mobility transistor (HEMT) with 0.25 um gatelength have been designed on an SIC-4H substrate. DC and Noise characteristics of AlGaN/GaN/AlGaN/GaN HEMT with 0.25 um gate-length at microwave frequencies have been explored. The simulation has been performed by using the Silvaco software. The extrinsic transconductance of the device was 350 ms/mm. Also, device exhibited current drive capability as high as 1750 ma/mm. The device has demonstrated high unity current gain cut-off frequency (ft) of 200 GHz........... .

Abstract: A transition from coaxial-to- coplanar waveguide (CPW) for microwave breast cancer detection antennas is presented and design rules based on analytical calculations and simulated one using CST Microwave Studio 2014 simulator are presented. The measured results show that an operating frequency range extends from 1GHz to 15GHz is obtained. This paper discuss mathematical method of coplanar waveguide (CPW) characteristic impedance calculation and also, developed a graphical charts for coplanar waveguide (CPW) design. Both measured and calculated results are compared and good agreement is obtained

Abstract: Barriers against the flow or jags can be used, increasing the heat transmission rate. Jags have many applications such as turbojet blade cooling, heat inverter and solar air heater. Geometry and arrangement of jags are effective on heat transmission and pressure loss. In present study,an empirical method has been utilized to study heat transmission and pressure loss in a square canal. The thin and square jags have been compared. The air considered between the 103 to 3*103 Reynolds. The step to jag height ratio equals to 20; the jag height than hydraulic diameter ratio equals to 0.068 and jags has been located at attack angle equal to 90°. Results show that heat transmission and pressure loss amount in thin jags is bigger than square jags. The amount of heat operation coefficient is bigger than square jags. The higher heat operation coefficient belongs to thin jags equal to 1.11.

Abstract: During the recent years, the renewable energy systems such as photovoltaic system have been raised widely. Voltage deviation because of the voltage fluctuations and also the unbalanced voltage due to PV counted as the serious problems in these systems. For reduction of this problems, the hybrid dynamic voltage regulator (C-DVR), consists of stage voltage regulator and AC chopper, is one of the effective devices. C-DVR can regulate the linear voltage continuously and rapidly. This article shows the C-DVR effect on numerical simulation.

Abstract: In this article Probable Optimization of Reactive Power in distribution systems, in presence of distributed generation sources conjugated to network and islanding has been presented.For probable assessment of success operation of micro grids based on active and reactive power quality and consideration of voltage limitation, a systematic and optimized strategy for optimum placement of generation resources has been presented. The problem has been solved by the taboo search optimization algorithm and consideration of two objective function. First objective function is the annual energy loss and second one is a novel index in micro grid succession assessment based on active and reactive power quality and voltage limitations. Then the reactive optimum power is designed for reduction of annual energy loss of systems conjugated to network. By a case study in this article it will be shown that placement location and the amount of distributed generation resources have the considerable effect on micro grids operations.

Abstract: Custodians in energy field need some tools for decision-making support, for the best alternative classic power plant selection with renewable fuel.In the study a tool has been presented, supporting the custodians, that economic, biologic and social side of power plant construction with renewable fuels will be studied.Then a study method will be presented, using the combining of modified digital logic method and VIKORmethod for the solvation of multi-criteria problem, ranking andweighting the electricity generation power plant; considering the quantitative and qualitative criteria. For better understanding of suggested method, a case study will be presented for Iran, and five power plants will be evaluated and ranked, considering the country capacities.The aim of suggested model is the assessment of different power plant and finding the best power plant via the passive defense viewpoint.

Abstract: Using the Distributed Generation production resource and small ones, especially the renewable energies are the strategic aim of electricity part of power ministry. The benefits such as reduction of net loss and environment pollution, in addition to fossil fuel consumption saving and variety in energy conversion resources are the main reasons that government protects the small and distributed producers. Considering the classic power distribution systems, the protection of safe extraction, net stability, short conjugation surface, net islanding, unsuitable control in production volume and its control are the problems that exist against of these units conjugation to the distribution network. A gas unit conjugation to the power distribution network, regarding the protection and coordination problem, is one of the issues that has been studied in this article.

Abstract: Using of the BrNo3 Nanotubes is increasing because of their high biologic compatibility. In this study, the Euler-Bernoulli equations have been utilized analytically to improve the solvation speed and diagnosis. Finally, the equation has been solved by the numerical solution method and various modes have been obtained.

Abstract: The carelessness on the installation and control of the electrical equipment will cause many harms and accidents. Fire is one of the consequences of improper control on a home / building storey. this research aims to ; 1) generate prototype software-based on the control system arduino mega function to control and monitor the electrical equipment (reservoirs, electric lights, KKB, KKK, fan, air conditioning, and MCB), a home / building storey by using a smartphone. 2) To produce mega arduino based on the control tool that is used to control and monitor the electrical equipment on the software that has been made.......

Abstract: In this paper, a comparative analysis of two inverter topologies is carried out for the same RL load. The first topology uses cascaded H-Bridge (CHB) Inverter. The second uses new Multi-level Scheme having Two Level Modules and H-Bridge. Both topologies are studied under two types of input sources: (i) battery and (ii) solar PV panel. The simulation is done in SIMULINK / MATLAB Software. The Total Harmonic Distortion in output load voltage / current and Active / Reactive Powers obtained from both the schemes considering one of the two types of inputs, battery and solar PV panel are compared. It is found that for low input voltage range second scheme is better as it has low THD. And for high input voltage range, first scheme has fewer harmonic. However, the Active power and reactive power are more in new multilevel scheme. As the number of switches is more in cascaded inverter scheme, hence it is costly and has more switching losses for the same input voltage. It is also observed that the results are almost similar for both types of input sources. A capacitor is used across PV panel to reduce spikes in load voltage waveform and hence improve THD

Abstract: Atmospheric flight phase of a launch vehicle is utilized to evaluate the performance of an H∞ controller in the presence of disturbances. Dynamics of the vehicle is linearly modeled using time-varying parameters. An operating point was found to design a robust command tracker using H∞ control theory that guarantees a stable maneuver. At the end, the controller was employed on the launch vehicle to assess the capability of control design on the linearized aerospace vehicle. Experimental results illustrate the excellent performance of the H∞ controller and accurate tracking implemented by the autopilot. Also the robustness of the entire system against disturbances is demonstrated to be acceptable
