Abstract: This study sought to determine connection between liquidity and bank stock returns of listed commercial banks at the Nairobi Securities Exchange in Kenya. The study's specific objectives were: to determine the effect of liquidity on stock returns of listed commercial banks and to establish the direction of causality effect between bank liquidity and bank stock prices in Kenya. The study targeted all the 11 commercial banks listed at the Nairobi Securities Exchange. Due to the small number of listed banks, a census was undertaken. Secondary panel data was used. Abstract: The paper study about COVID 19 on the 30 BSE listed companies to find the effect of the pandemic on the share price. India's financial markets are witnessing high fluctuation due to the fall in global markets. The data was analyzed by taking the stocks' daily share price, and dividing them into two stages: Pre-COVID 19 crisis stage and During COVID 19 crisis stage. The study used investment analysis tools such as Beta to know the stocks' sensitivity toward the market. Alpha is used to understand the returns that the investors would get more than the market return, and event a study was conducted to find out the set hypothesis. Investors' opinions were collected using set questionnaires of information regarding selecting stocks for investment and the pandemic effect. Other essential information was collected from the investors who regularly trade in the stock market daily. The study concluded that different opinions from the investors would lead to fluctuation in share price in the stock market.

Abstract: Background of study: Commercial banks are now interested in transforming their operations to provide services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Mobile banking networks are seen as the best choice for providing greater distinction from their rivals in order to achieve this. Abstract: Strategic management is the foundation of institutional transformation that enables institutions to practice educational innovations. Despite the expansion of technical and vocational education and training (TVET) sector in Kenya, the institutions in this sector are faced with major managerial and operational challenges. These challenges pose a serious threat in the achievement of government's objectives of expanding the sector as well as inability to respond to the needs of the labour market. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of corporate rebranding on performance of TVET institutions. The study used a descriptive survey design. Abstract: The paper studied fiscal policy and the performance of manufacturing sector in Nigeria from 1986-2019. The special objectives were federal government expenditure and its recurrent expenditure within the time frame. The study was anchored on revenue maximization model. Ex-post facto research method was adopted. The finding of the research indicates that federal government capital expenditure has positive and significant role on manufacturing output. We conclude that corruption should be reduce and unaccounted government funds while we recommend that government should improve on its capital expenses for economic development.

Abstract: The aim of the study is examining the problems of prospects of Mid-day Meals Scheme in Siddipet district. Study used mutli-stage sampling method. The primary data have been collected during the 2018-19 academic year. Most of the schools have been facing a different problem. Therefore, Government should provide LPG connection to each school or provide solar cooking system to save further degradation of forest or vegetation. Every school should have kitchen shed consisting of proper ventilations, proper height, light, water and with store facility. The location of kitchen shed should be away from the classroom or it cannot be seen from classroom, which will help the students to concentrate on education rather than watching kitchen. Every essential commodity like salt, chilli, daal, edible oil, gas etc. should be supplied by the government along with the foodgrains to the schools. This process will decrease the total cost of the program. Abstract: This study focused on testing the existence of the Pecking Order and the Signaling theories for companies in the Nigerian stock exchange. Data used is for 74 companies in the Nigerian Stock exchange for the period of 2010 to 2019. The tests were based on the effects of debt-to-equity ratios on cashflow (Pecking Order test) and lagged debt ratios on cashflow (Signaling Theory). The system GMM technique was employed in estimating the relationships of the study. The study found that increasing debt in a company led to declines in cashflow, thereby justifying the Pecking Order theory. Moreover, short term debt was found exert stronger influences on cashflow than long term debt. The study however, find no evidence of the Signaling theory among the companies in the sampled sector. We therefore recommend increasing debt to equity ratio as strategic option for improving firm valuation in the non- finance sector in Nigeria.
