Abstract: Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) are those businesses that are less developed, and the production rate and rendering of its services are done on a small or micro scale due to the limited access to financial institutions, especially banks. Abstract: This study investigated the relationship between human capital development on the performance of banks among the staff of commercial banks in Osogbo, Osun State, Nigeria. This was with the view to providing insight into the relevance of human capital development in contributing to the operational performance of banks in particular and the growth of the Nigerian banking industry in general. Abstract: RÉSUMÉ L'objectif de cette étude est, associer les éléments d'incitation économique aux programmes de sensibilisation à la lutte contre la déforestation2 en Côte d'Ivoire.
Dans cette optique, nous avons recouru à une analyse empirique : il s'agit de la méthode Data Envelopment Analysis (méthode DEA). Les données considérées proviennent du ministère de l'environnement et du développement durable, en particulier du mécanisme REDD+3 Côte d'Ivoire.
