Abstract: Poor quality of family planning services predispose individuals to unplanned pregnancy, unsafe abortions, high number of birthing experiences, short birthing intervals, maternal morbidity/mortality. These challenges have reduced the standard of living of individuals as well as the economy of the nation. Adequate search light has not been beamed on the quality of family planning even though a number of researchers have investigated family planning processes.
