Abstract: Clinical alarms of medical devices in intensive care units considered a health technology hazard and one of the most essential methods that warn the critical care nurses for immediate or potential threats facing critically ill patients.The aim of the study was toevaluate the effect of implementing clinical alarm interventional program on nurses' knowledge, practice and patient outcomes at intensive care unit.A quasiexperimental research design was utilized in this study. Abstract: Background Nowadays faculties of nursing and all higher educational institutions should develop and enhance their student's soft skills to be sure that its products meets or exceeds market requirements aim:this study was conducted with the aim todetermine the relationshipbetween soft skills and academic achievement among 4th year nursing student.. Subject and method: at Nursing FacultyAssiut University, about 170 students from the fourth year were examined using soft skill questionnaire and students achievement sheet. Results:The present study results revealed that; the majority of 4th year nursing students were female (79.4%), and (58.2%) of themare lived in urban areas, and they had satisfactory soft skills regarding truth with achieved point (81.7%),followed by emotional expression with achieved point (79.5%), and managerial skill with achieved point (76%). Abstract: Children deserve medicines that are adapted to their needs. Medical errors resulting in Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs), pose a significant public health problem. A drug-nutrient interaction is defined as the result of a physical, chemical, physiological, or pathophysiological relationship between a drug and a nutrient. Abstract: End of life care is very pivotal for patients on palliative care and their family. Patients have symptoms like pain, nausea& vomiting that needs to be resolved, besides diet, rest and sleep is essential and needs interventions to be managed. Use of life sustaining treatment and supportive measures is part of routine care for patients and family, but social, physical constraints of illness, feeling of emotional isolation, loneliness meeting spiritual needs are imperative for a holistic care for patients in hospital. The concept of EOL care has matured with time, it delivers comfort for dying patient and addresses family to deal with the condition which is difficult .EOLC provide specialized treatment to people whose illness is not curable, terminally ill. It affords quality care as all humans are.......
