Abstract: Background: Upper gastrointestinal bleeding is an extremely common clinical problem, resulting in significant morbidity, mortality and cost. The study aimed to: evaluate the effect of designated nursing Intervention on the outcomes of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
