Abstract: The administrations of non- steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are widely used due to their les adverse effects and good safety. Celebrex is one of NSAID which works by reducing enzymes that cause inflammation and pain in the body. Celebrex is used as an antipyretics, analgesics, and in the treatment of muscles aches. It also used for patient with rheumatoid arthritis to reduce pain as an anti- inflammatory agent for a long time. However, some recent studies have reported that rheumatoid patients have been identified for varying degrees of stomach, small intestinal bleeding, and liver injuries. This histological investigation helps to explain the adverse effect of Celebrex on the previously mentioned organs. Abstract: Due to high annual variability in rainfall, it is very difficult to maintain agronomic practices for wheat crop. However, planting density has particular importance in production of wheat because it can be controlled at farmer level. A three yield trial was conducted at adaptive Research Farm Sheikhupura, to investigate the impact of different seeding rates on growth, yield and yield parameters of wheat(Triticum aestivumL.). Plant density, number of fertile tillers, biomass and all other yield factors significantly increased with increase in seeding rate by 12%. Four seed rates were compared: 112, 125, 136 and 150 kg ha-1. The maximum germination, productive tillers, plant height and number of grains per spike were observed under seed rate of 136 kg ha-1. However, number of grain per spike is not significantly correlated with seeding............

Abstract: This work was designed to assess the antibacterial activity of Astrotrichiliaparvifolia, a Malagasyendemic Meliaceae used in traditional medicine.Ethyl acetate and methanol extracts from leaves were tested against pathogenic germs including 4 Gram(+) and 4Gram (-) bacteriausing disk diffusion and micro dilution methods.At 1000μg/disk, both extracts showedan inhibitory activityagainstGram(+)but not Gram (-)bacteria. Bacillus cereus was the most sensitive germ with an Inhibition Zone Diameter (IZD) of 13mm and 14mm with ethyl acetate and methanol extracts respectively and Streptococcus pneumoniae the less sensitive with an IZD of 9mm and 10mm. With Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) and Minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) values ranging from 230 to 930μg/ml, the two extracts displayed significant activity on Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus andStreptococcus pyogenes. Theyhad the same level of activity againstStreptococcus pyogenes but the methanol extract.........

Abstract: Celiac disease (CD) is main gastrointestinal disease initiated by an immune reaction to gluten in genetically susceptible people. The objective of this analysis attempted to evaluate the nature as well as effect of systemic cytokine and adipokines levels within the pathophysiology of CD and also the role of therapy with gluten completely free diet on the status of its. Cytokine assays had been carried out on fifty children patients with effective CD and positive TTG IgA antibodies, and the effects were compared with healthy controls. Individuals with active CD with positive antibodies had significantly greater degrees of pro inflammatory cytokines, for example interferon- γ, tumor necrosis factor–α, IL-4 and IL-6,IL-8, and the Th -2 cytokines for example IL-5 and IL-10, in contrast to controls............

Abstract: Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis is a fatal skin disease induced by the drug with 30 -40% skin detachment involved. Drugs that may induce this syndrome are such as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, allopurinol, antimetabolites (methotrexate), antiretroviral drugs and anticonvulsants. Here is a case of 49 yrs old female of TEN induced by phenytoin. Phenytoin is an anticonvulsant drug.

Abstract: The present paper aims to documentation of the traditional wealth of medicinal plants prepared in various uses to cure the fractured bones by the tribal people of Eastern Ghats region of Andhra Pradesh. 22 plant species belongs to 20 genera and 17families used for bone fractures by the natives of Eastern Ghats of Andhra Pradesh. Information on botanical name, vernacular name, family, plant part used, mode of drug preparation, formulations and dosage were presented in this paper. Due to over exploitation of the medicinal plants in this region, plant species are going to extinct from the natural habitats or in endemic condition. So it is suggest that ex-situ and in-situ conservation is necessary to overcome the said problem.

Abstract: Breast cancer (BC) is considered as one of the most prevalent cancers among women in Bangladesh. The aim of the present study was to investigate the knowledge about BC, risk factor prevalence and breast self-examination (BSE) practices among female populations of Bangladesh. After taking verbal consent, 1051 females of age ≥20 years from different districts of Bangladesh were interviewed using a pre-tested questionnaire in 2015. Among the respondents, three-forth (77.74%) knew (heard or read) about BC and their main source of information was electronic media (74.54%). Most of them could identify at least one sign and symptom (73.93%) and one risk factor of BC (71.55%). But only 34.16% and 52.14% correctly identified at least one option for early detection and treatment, respectively.............

Abstract: Glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GPDH) isoenzymes play different roles in Triatoma infestans flight metabolism and only differ in the C-terminal end. We studied with computational models their dynamics and interactions. Homology-modeling dynamics showed models close to minimal energy with amino acid distribution similar to crystallized structures. Radius of gyration decrease because the models presented well fitted folded structures with solvation free energy of non-polar groups increased with temperature. Heat maps suggested the need to form dimeric structures to preserve activity or that temperature could be an activity modulator. Abstract: Protein Energy Wasting (PEW) is a state of decreased body stores of protein energy in the most advanced stages of chronic kidney disease maintaining hemodialysis. The main objective of this study is to assess the PEW in hemodialysis patients and to reduce the mortality rate and to improve the patient quality of life by providing dietary counselling through information leaflets. It is a hospital based concurrent interventional study was conducted for a period of six months on 60 hemodialysis patients having PEW in chronic renal failure condition. Abstract: A new, simple, fast and sensitive method has been developed for the determination of Ibuprofenin pure form and drugs (tablets)by continuous flow injection scatter light. The method was based on the reaction of the Ibuprofen with sodium nitro prosside to form a precipitate, using homemade ASNAG- fluorimeter. Optimum parameter have been studied to increase the sensitivity for developed method. The linear dynamic range for the instrument response versus Ibuprofen concentration was 0.5- 15mmol/L while the L.O.D was 33.934μg/sample from the step wise dilution for the minimum concentration of lowest concentration in the linear dynamic range of the calibration graph. The correlation coefficient (r) was 0.9804 while percentage linearity (R2%) was 96.13%. RSD% for the repeatability (n=8) was lower than 0.5% for the determination............

Abstract: This study was conducted to assess and analyze the common cyanobacteria in the domestic drinking water tanks in Baghdad and to see if they are potentially toxigenic.The study included isolating toxic blue green algae from domestic plastic water tanks .Samples were collected during September 2016 to March 2017. Abstract: Nowadays, tramadol hydrochloride (TM) is becoming abused more popular among teens in most countries worldwide; especially between males. The aim of present study was to investigate the biochemical and histopathological profiles of subchronic model of TM toxicity on testicular functions. Experimental study, Rats was divided into three groups. Group one received saline, group two received oral doses of TM (100 mg / kg b.w), group three received anethum graveolens (AG) two hours before tramadol (NG+TM). The experiment lasted for a one month. The results showed that a significantly decrease in serum testosterone, luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), and cortisol, but elevated prolactin (PRL).............

Abstract: Serotypes of10 clinical isolates and 20 water isolatesofKlebsiellapneumoniaewere identified by detection of k2A and magA genes by using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique.k2Agene was detected in 30% (3/10) of clinical isolates and not found in water isolates, while magA gene was detected in 60% (6/10) of clinical isolates and 15% (3/20)in water isolates. 20% of clinical isolates found to be having both magA and k2Agene. The results in the current study showed that clinical isolates distributed according to their serotypes in to four groups K1(magA positive), K2(k2A positive), K1/K2(magA& k2A positive) and non K1/K2(magA& k2A negative) serotypes, but K1 serotype was more prevalence than other serotypes, while water isolates distributed in to K1(magA positive) and non K1/K2(magA& k2A negative) serotypes, but non K1/K2 serotype was more prevalence than K1 serotype.

Abstract: Animal ectoparasites particularly ticks contribute majorly to decreased productivity in the livestock industry globally, due to diseases they transmit. This study evaluated the larvicidal activity of essential oil of Lippiajavanicaleaves against larvae of Rhipicephalusappendiculatus. The oil was obtained by hydro-distillation of fresh leaves and oil components analysedusing Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS). Major components in the oil were monoterpenes as shown by the high percentage of Artemisia ketone (49.52%), m-tert-Butylphenol (8.73%), Linalool (4.43%), beta-myrecene (3.13%), Targetone (2.85%) and Isopiperitenone (2.13%). Sesquiterpenes constituted only 6.06% of the total oil.............
