Abstract: Work life balance is a crucial factor for workers to contribute to the growth of the organization as well for their own wellbeing. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the mpact of quality of work life factors on the overall satisfaction of the employees. A sample of 154 employees from manufacturing sector was collected and analysed objectively. Seven quality of work life factors were tested to study their relationship with the overall satisfaction of the employees. The data was tested for reliability by evaluating the Cronbach's alpha value and validity was checked by factorial analysis. Job satisfaction emerged to be the most important factor, followed by adequate and fair compensation. All the factors were positively correlated with the overall satisfaction. Organizations can benefit from the findings of this research by interweaving quality of work life into the policies and procedures for the overall development of the organization.

Abstract: Universities are incubators of skills, knowledge and ideas that trigger economic growth and stability. But this is dependent on the attitude of university staff (especially academic staff) towards their duties, a factor believed to be influenced by prevailing environmental factors. A range of factors that influence behaviour/performance of lecturers in federal universities in Nigeria were examined using survey questionnaire as an instrument. The analyses of respondents' views reveal, contrary to a generally held notion, that the nature of technology available and lack of recognition affect performance more than poor remuneration, while comfort and nature of relationships (vertical and lateral) are key factors that enhance staff performance at work. The study recommends activities aimed at strengthening management-staff relationship as well as periodic performance evaluation of staff. The outcome of this study would serve as a guide for enhancing the performance of public universities in Nigeria by creating a work environment that enhances performance.

Abstract: The aim of the present paper is to examine a framework in which goal setting that is HR input and training that is HR practice are theorize to cause remarkably and positively to job and firm performance. We concluded that positive impact of goal setting on job performance is partially mediated by training and positive impact of goal setting on firm performance is significantly mediated by training. The sample size for this research is 101 managerial level employees of business firms that are located in twin cities Rawalpindi and Islamabad of Pakistan.

Abstract: The research was designed to conduct a comparison between organizational commitment,and job burnoutamong faculty/teachers in privateinstitution and publicinstitution with a moderating effect of job satisfaction. A total of 107 responses were gathered through primary sources for the analysis of the study. Analysis was done using Multiple Regression.

Abstract: Social marketing is a process for influencing human behavior on a large scale, using marketing principle for the purpose of societal benefit rather than commercial profit. People, organizations and government are experiencing new innovations of technology. The development of this technology can greatly support NGOs work through social media. The term NGO is broad and ambiguous. It covers a range of organizations within civil society, from political action groups to sports clubs. This study has been conducted to know the concept of social marketing and consumer awareness of NGOs activities. Sample of 200 respondents has been taken from the three districts of Haryana. Results reveal that respondents are mostly aware about the NGOs. And major source of information about NGOs activities is direct information from NGOs

Abstract: E-learning becomes one alternative for limited of education infrastructure in Indonesia. So, technological innovation website as one alternative content educational uses in the world of education today. Effectiveness of system e-learning should have constructivism approach when they use this system. This research question was what kinds of variables could influence the attitudes of student understanding when he used this system. Survey conducted on 274 e-learning students from Online Binus University and Indonesia Open University (UT). The results of the primary data was processed by using Wrapls 3.0 to process the structure equation model of the frame research. Ten hypothesis were proposed but only some hypothesis were valid. Variables such as motivation, digital literacy and satisfaction would affect directly to the attitude of understanding student learning, while the curriculum material product and interaction e-learning website did not influence the understanding student e-learning attitude.

Abstract: Packaged software services has been constantly expanding and forms major part of the IT services industry. These services are provided by the product vendors themselves as well as by a number of system integrators (SIs) who can also be termed as Package Software Application Services Vendors (PSASVs). These PSASVs operate in a very complex stakeholders' environment. On one hand, they have to depend on the product vendors for the product related developments and issue resolution. And, on the other hand, they have to guide the customers in selecting a product and then helping the customer to implement and manage the product applications.1
Though these firms, involved in enabling strategy formulation and implementation of other firms are successful to a great extent, their own organization strategy lacks proactive approach. This paper attempts to explore the factors affecting the strategy formulations of packaged software applications services vendors taking into account the extremely dynamic nature of their operating environment. Abstract: This study was carried out to investigate adjustment patterns among alcoholic and non-alcoholic Kenyan students in Hyderabad. Adjustment here is defined as, ''The variations and changes in behavior that are necessary to satisfy needs and meet demands so that one can establish a harmonious relationship with the environment''. It was limited to a sample of 42 Kenyan students admitted under Osmania University in Hyderabad, India. A standardized, reliable and valid Global adjustment scale was used to obtain data. The inventory measures broad areas of adjustment such as Family relationship, Health, Social environment, Emotions, Occupation and Sex related behavior. The objectives of the study were to determine whether alcohol use has an effect on one's personal adjustment and to find out levels of adjustment among alcohol users and none users. The researcher used an ex-post facto design in quantitative research approach. He used purposeful sampling technique to obtain the informants. Data collected was presented and analyzed in tables. It was found out that there is no significant difference in the adjustment levels among alcoholic and non-alcoholic Kenyan students across all dimensions of adjustment. Thus attributing alcohol abuse to issues of anonymity, the influence of like-mindedness among friends, peers and the different general environmental systems which do not provide psycho-social support and concern for the missing home environment and significant others, hence culture shock.
