Abstract: The objective of the research is explore the business of ceramic industry in Malang City, whether internal and external factors were influential toward the development of the ceramic industry, and how to optimize natural resources and cultural heritage to develop the ceramic industry. The object of the research was the ceramic center in Dinoyo Village Lowokwaru District Malang City, the population were the entire 32 ceramic industry craftsmen/business owners, and the census and questioner method were used to collect data. The SWOT analysis technique was used to analyze the data using the descriptive qualitative approach.

Abstract: ISO 15189 is the global quality management standard published by International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The current version of the standard is ISO 15189 2012. The objective of the quality management standard is to deliver uniform quality output, overcome the trade barrier such as acceptability of the test report globally. ISO 15189 2012 standard has been adopted by all the MRA partner of ILAC Member countries Accreditation body for medical laboratory accreditation. The ISO 15189: 2012 standard covers total 25 clauses or Major Element for the development of quality management system in the laboratory. Clause 4.1 is the first clause of 25 clauses. Quality Management system of the organization depends on the First Clause 4.1 requirements on "Organization and Management responsibility" compliance in the organization.

Abstract: Prospect of any business depends on demand for services and utilities provided by a business besides other supply side situations including competition, factor market and business infrastructure. Therefore, demand side management is important for success in any business. Prospective demand in a business can be assessed on the basis of factors those which constitute a demand viz., Economic, demographic and psychographic details of the consumers. The present study proposes to examine the prospects of demand for Restaurant services in Silchar Town in Assam with the help of psychographic profile of the people of Silchar by examining association of demand for restaurant services by the consumers and their corresponding psychographic profile and projecting the said relationship between the two in to the future state of demography and market scenario of Restaurant business in Silchar town. Abstract: Women's work outside the home helps the development of society and the development and progress of society. We took the study of Arab societies precisely because they suffer from the constraints of the work area and accept society have an important and effective element in building the community. This paper addresses the problem of women's work outside the home in the Arab world have been identified Libya as a case study, specifically in the municipality of Ubari. We took the conception of the State of Libya and were compared to statistics of other countries and studies. The study samples were taken in the sectors of health, education and political representation of women in Libya. The conclusion was based on field studies of a sample study specifically municipality Ubari-Libya.

Abstract: Competition and business challenges which occur in a recent time have become tougher days by days. It demands that every small and medium enterprise to empower its people so that they can innovate a product and have high creativity for the survival in adjusting to the market demand or to satisfy consumer demand that has been growing specifically, rapidly changing, high-quality products, and low prices. Employees' discipline is needed in creating products that match to the consumer's expectations. Each employer is expected to pay attention to the social and psychology factor for the employees' satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of psychological and social factors of working satisfaction on working discipline of employees in small and medium enterprises of bead in rural district of Gambang village, Gudo districts Jombang.
