Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze; the effect of service quality on audit satisfaction at the Wakatobi Regency Inspectorate Office, the effect of the institution image on audit satisfaction at the Wakatobi Regency Inspectorate Office, and the effect of trust on audit satisfaction at the Wakatobi Regency Inspectorate Office. The target population in this study is the entire audit, while the access population is the entire audit of 799 in total. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. The sample size was obtained using the Slovin formula, so the sample size was 107. Data was collected through questionnaires which were measured by Likert scale and interviews. The instruments which have been prepared are then tested for validity and reliability, and are declared.......
