Abstract: This study determined the effect of the empowerment behavior dimension of ethical leadership on employee commitment among senior managers in the transport sector parastatals in Kenya. The study adopted the positivism research philosophy and descriptive correlational research design. The target population consisted of 253 senior managers in the transport sector parastatals from whom a sample of 153 participants was selected using the stratified random sampling technique. Data was collected using a self-administered questionnaire. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. Correlation analysis found a positive and significant relationship.....
