Abstract: Resumo: O presente artigo busca analisar por meio de leituras, pesquisas e casos concretos, a regularização fundiária como um instrumento crucial para a efetivação do direito à moradia digna no Brasil, conforme estabelecido pela Constituição Federal de 1988. O trabalho desenvolveu-se por meio de uma revisão bibliográfica de cunho exploratório e qualitativo. Abstract: Objetivo: Analisar os conflitos e controvérsias entre ciência e teoria desencadeados no final do século XIX e meados do século XX nos Estados Unidos no establishment contábil estadunidense. Método: Foi o da teoria de reificação (Lukács, 1922), a partir de uma breve reflexão sobre a ideologia da competência (Chauí, 1980). A abordagem teórica se refere à reificação do full disclosure como mascaramento da realidade. Resultados: O resultado alcançado é de que a teoria contábil consensual (juízo de valor) nos Estados Unidos é consequência da reação à cientificização da contabilidade instaurada no final do século XIX, cujos elementos anatrópicos e relevantes, historicamente, eram a uniform accounting e a full disclosure........

Abstract: Estudo sobre o sistema presidencialista no Brasil após 1988. Tem por objetivo descrever as competências do Presidente da República Federativa do Brasil; apontar o cenário políticos nos diversos eventos após a Constituição Federal da República Federativa do Brasil de 1988; analisar a função do Congresso Nacional no sistema presidencialista e como sua administração influencia na estabilidade da democracia. Tipifica a pesquisa como bibliográfica com seus fundamentos baseados na leitura de Bonavides (2011), Maluf (2010), Dallari (2012), Temer (2008), Carvalho (2005), Bastos (1995), Barroso (2012), Pallotti (2017), Santos (2010). Conclui que o sistema presidencialista foi o que mais se adequou as particularidades do Brasil. Essas particularidades que vão desde a extensão territorial continental, a desigualdade econômica e social, além das inúmeros religiões que constituem a cultura do povo brasileiro.
