Abstract: Conflicts seem to be a continuous factor in leaning institutions these days and it is becoming a part of academic life. Schools frequently appear to be a field of disagreement and on occasion, they are perhaps a manifestation of problems in the community. For a school to be effective, individual members need to be able to work in a conflict free environment. The general objective of the study was to investigate on the influence of strategies adopted by school management in containing conflicts in public primary schools in Lamu County. Specifically, the study sought to establish the influence of competing strategy adopted by school management; the influence of collaboration strategy adopted by school management; the influence of avoiding strategy adopted by school management and the influence of compromising strategy adopted by school management in containing conflicts in public primary schools in Lamu County........

Abstract: Coaching is the formation ofindividualassociation or connections for the determination of specializededucational instruction and supervision management. In instruction, the importance assessment of coaching has been documented and accepted in the use of educators and other experts as a relationship between an experienced and a less experienced person in which the coach provides guidance, advice, support, and feedback to the protégé (Haney, 2014). Abstract: Within the framework of the reform of the Tunisian education system, this study tries to characterize the curri-culum wished by physical education teachers. It also tries to scrutinize the order of priority of the educational goals proposed by the reform. Under this rubric and having the same object, 203 teachers have answered a questionnaire conceived and used by a European study. The tool has been translated and validated according to the approach suggested by Vallerand (1989). The results reveal a convergence inthe teachers' answers ingener-al and transversal objectives at the detriment of the objectives that are mainly specific to the physical and sports activities.

Abstract: Cosmetology industry has been in existence since time immemorialand it has been nature man to enhance appearance and has gradually found itself in the classroom. This is a booming industry in Ghana, where growing interest of people as well as academic training in the world of work. There exist curriculum disparities at the different levels of education, progression and continuity of trainees from one level to the other. This article brings to bearthe unreachedareas ofthetrade and adds to the training in the cosmetology industry. The number of colleges of education, the number of teacher universities offering fashion or clothing and textiles, the secondary technical schools under Ghana Education Service (GES) and private cosmetology school is presented along with their curricula. It also highlighted how cosmetology training is done in all these categories of schools and the gaps....

Abstract: The article deals with the principles, methods and criteria for risk assessment to create controlled conditions that minimize the possible consequences of the impact of harmful and dangerous factors of the production environment and the labor process of railway workers. The unified approach to calculation of industrial risk on the basis of dependence on parameters of working environment and taking into account time of stay of workers in an area of influence of dangerous factors is offered.

Abstract: Understanding of scientific concepts is becoming increasingly difficult for young learners, especially those in basic schools. The difficulty is about the teaching approach adopted by the science teachers. The traditional teaching approach that is, lecturing, is often used by teachers because of its ease of use and lack of knowledge of alternative teaching approaches. This study was conducted to compare the 7E learning cycle model with the traditional lecture method. An experimental and control group approach was used, each group consisting of 20 students. The study found that students instructed using the 7E learning cycle model showed better performance and understanding of concepts than the control group, as the statistics show a significant difference in the performance......
