Abstract: Purpose: This paper is an empirical study of the assessment of library resources for meeting professional standards in secondary schools in South East Nigeria.
Methodology/Approach: The study adopted a descriptive survey design. The area of study was South East, Nigeria. The population was made up of 891 school librarians in all the public secondary schools in South-East, Nigeria. The sampling approach was proportionate stratified random sampling. The data collected was analyzed using frequency counts, percentage, standard deviation and mean scores. The basis for decision was 2.50 for both the upper and lower scores.....

Abstract: The World Commission on Environment and Development defined Sustainable development as 'development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.' Abstract: This study investigated the impact of teachers' motivation on the academic performance of secondary school students in Nigeria. It explored the problems surrounding teachers' motivation in Nigeria. Specifically, it examined poor teachers' motivation, lack of staff development activities in schools, lack of fringe benefits for teachers, poor staff salary structure and absence of teachers' terminal welfare package. Abstract: The study aimed to adapt learning environments based on ISTE standards for Palestinian curriculum teaching. To answer the questions of the study, the researcher adopted a descriptive approach, He identified the ISTE standards and analyzed the content of an instructional technology course according to the ISTE standards for teaching Palestinian curriculum. He then designed the learning environment based on these standards. The study used a content analysis tool to analyze and design the learning environment based on ISTE standards. It recommended integrating ISTE standards into the Palestinian curriculum design.

Abstract: Under the background of globalization, the proposal of The Belt and Road Initiative requires that in the reform and exploration of the training mode and target orientation of outstanding legal talents in the next few decades, it is necessary to meet the rapidly increasing demand for international energy and resources legal talents as a topic that cannot be ignored. This is of great significance to the survival and development of law departments in local engineering universities. Abstract: Teachers are trained to further the human development capacity of the society. The deployment of science teachers in the right quality and quantity to the school system enhances the development potential of the system. Otherwise, students may not have the opportunity to further explore their potentials in the field of science and technology. Abstract: This study examines accentuation of Yoruba learners of French language in the higher institution with particular reference to Ekiti State University Ado – Ekiti. It examined Yoruba Language students' attitudes in the study of French language. It investigates the forms, functions and uses of tone (accents) in the phonology and lexicon of French and Yoruba languages. The study demonstrates that tone operates at a wide range of levels of linguistic analysis in French and Yoruba languages. Some French accents have similarities with Yoruba accents and these need clarifications. The study encourages Yoruba learners of French language to use association, learning transfer or knowledge comparison acquired from accentuation in Yoruba or French language in mastering.....
