Abstract: This study developed an interest rating scale for student teachers towards teaching profession in Ekiti Sate. The study specifically determined whether the interest rating scale (IRS) is reliable. It also examined whether the interest rating scale (IRS) is valid. It furthers determined whether the interest rating scale (IRS) discriminate between student teachers based on gender. The descriptive research design of the survey type was used in this study. The population for the study consisted of 1,576 undergraduates from Faculty of Education, Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti. Abstract: Implementing green production is one of the main goals of production operations management. This study, based on the concept of experiential teaching, designed and practiced a new teaching model for the "Production and Operations Management" course around the theme of green production management. By using questionnaires and interviews, the teaching effects of the experimental group and the control group were evaluated, and an experiential teaching study was conducted. The results show that experiential teaching can significantly improve students' learning interest, participation, and understanding and application of the green production concept. Abstract: Jean Piaget's learning theory is fundamental in developmental psychology and education. Piaget proposed that cognitive development occurs in four stages: sensorimotor, preoperational, concrete operational, and formal operational. He introduced key concepts such as assimilation, accommodation, and equilibration, which are essential for understanding how children construct knowledge.
