Abstract: The soil found in the ocean bed is known as marine soil. It can even be located on shore as well. The properties of saturated marine soil differ significantly from moist soil and dry soil. The soils have higher proportion of organic matters. It is also an expansive soil, which shrinks or expands with varying moisture contents, and can damage foundations and structures. This caused expensive solutions in the construction of structures and roads in coastal regions. Alternatively, soil treatment is suggested to increase the strength of the soil to meet the construction requirement for foundation and also to achieve the specifications for development work. Providing uniform soil moisture next to under your foundation is the only best thing to reduce or minimize the damaging effects of expansive..........

Abstract: Chromium element is located in VIB group. Metallic Chromium is bright and resistant against corrosion ,it named because of its colorfull compositions. The main reason of writing this topic is to introduce the Chromium properties ,its compounds and its usage in different fields( industry, business and daily life) as its every compounds have wondrous and special properties , colours and usages and has elegant role in different fields so I interested to research about this topic. This topic is written in library routine and use from reliable sources and websites so it is very help full scientific subject matter for chemistry students and those who are interested in this field.

Abstract: Traditional malware programs are effectively identified and prevented by the current intrusion detection systems. But, the modern malware attacks use various techniques and programs to achieve different behavioural attacks into the systems, where a traditional intrusion system fails to prevent. Because, the behaviour of a program can largely depend on its variable data manipulation which can be an important malware attack technique. Various studies have suggested that classification of malware can be an effective technique for malware identification and detection. This paper proposes an efficient kernel malware identification and characterization through classification for runtime intrusion detection. The approach addresses the challenges in identifying the.........

Abstract: 5G technology is the fifth generations mobile technology. form the generation of 1G to 2.5 G and 3G to 5G, the world of communication experienced many improvements and improvements in performance every day this rapid revolution in mobile computing brings about changes, such as work, interaction and learning in daily life. fifth generation network provide affordable high-speed wireless broadband connectivity. This document highlights the 5th generation network technology architecture. Currently, the term 5G is not officially used. the fifth generation is developing WWW (world wide web), DAWN (dynamic adios wireless network) and real wireless world. The fifth generation is focused on VOIP devices that support VOIP and provide users with high bandwidth and data transfer.

Abstract: Age falsification in labour is a global challenge which adversely affects Civil Service productivity especially in third world countries. The Nigerian labour force for instance is filled with senile and over aged employees due to falsified age. This continues to affect production adversely in our institutions, establishments and businesses. This paper presents a model for solving the menace of age falsification in Nigerian Civil service. The model predicts employees' age using the dates on the employee's certificates. The duration period from primary to tertiary is used to predict the actual age taking into cognizance the waiting/delay periods between transition points. The model is based on the Nigerian system of education 6-3-3-4. A data set of student applicants was created for the...........

Abstract: Denpasar's Licensing and Spatial Planning Office is a service office that regulates all matters concerning Denpasar city planning, specifically the placement and monitoring of billboards throughout the city of Denpasar. The Office of Licensing and Spatial Planning of Denpasar City has difficulty monitoring billboards in Denpasar City, this can hamper the performance of the department, to improve the monitoring performance of existing billboards, the agency needs a system that is able to assist in the supervision of permits at each advertisement point in Denpasar, to meet these needs the author will conduct a needs analysis, design using UML and system implementation that will utilize the GIS dashboard, this dashboard will later use a google map to display the visualization of the advertisement location . From these problems in this study using the entropy algorithm and k-means in terms of classification and GIS as data visualization. From the tests carried out, the results obtained 83% accuracy and 17% error for algorithm testing, blacbox testing produces 100% accuracy with the expectation that the user and the system can be implemented perfectly..

Abstract:Listening strategy is one of the most important factors that affect the process of listening comprehension. This
article makes an empirical study on the listening strategies used by 174 non-English majors and 35 college
English teachers. It aims at finding out how students use and teachers teach listening strategies, making
comparison and contrast between teachers and students in using listening strategies, and recommending some
constructive suggestions related to listening activities.

Abstract:The chemical coagulant is widely used for turbidity removal in water treatment but they have health problems
associated with them and are additionally uneconomical for use in developing countries. The present work
aimed to comparative study of turbidity removal efficiency in the settling columns with traditional coagulant
Alum, natural coagulant Moringa Oleifera, and blended Coagulant Alum and Moringa Oleifera. The Moringa
Oleifera is recently used as coagulant for water treatment in laboratory work. But even though the Moringa
Oleifera possesses coagulation property it is not used in water treatment plant because of quantity of dose
required for turbidity removal is more.......

Abstract:In this paper we examine the management of human resources in public administration in The Republic of
Srpska, with special emphasis on the staff training. Since the process of training staff is very long and complex
and there are a lot of different areas of knowledge that staff in public administration should be competent in,
here we focus only on a segment of knowledge concerning office (administrative) operations. Office
management involves the tasks in the public administration required to register, follow the progress of work
and provide the essential functions of the public administration organisation. We will look at the knowledge
required to properly understand office work, planning, the start and finish of work according to the agreed
schedule and to the satisfaction of the users and service providers.......
