Abstract: Thestudy examined the effect of the Treasury Single Account on public sector financial management. The specific objectives were to examine the effect of treasury single account in enhancing financial management in the public sector, to evaluate the effect of treasury single account on the reduction of financial leakages. The study was carried out in Cross River State with particular reference to the Ministry of Finance and the Office of the Accountants General of the State. Adopting the survey design and purposive sampling technique, 73 management staff were sampled and a well-structured questionnaire was issued out to the staff. Abstract: The objective of the research study was to determine the effect of corporate voluntary disclosure on the financial performance of top 100 Medium Sized enterprises in Kenya. At the level of significance of about 5%, all the relevant statistics gave a negative constant as the intercept or inferred population parameter, with varied positive responses of the performance as measured by ROA for each unit change in the predictor variables.There was however, weak explanatory power in all the observed independent variables in explaining performance. Abstract: Animation is becoming vital in many XR, Games and entertainment industries. However, many developed countries outsource from Asian regions because of having low labour costs. China and India are doing incredibly well outsourcing from developed countries, but Bangladesh is still lagging. This study followed the concept of Poter's Dimond model to examine the prospects and challenges of the Bangladeshi animation industry. Furthermore, this study tried to find a solution to become a sustainable animation industry in Bangladesh. In this study, data were collected from both primary and secondary sources. Forty animators participated in the survey. The primary purpose of this study is to examine the prospects and challenges of the Bangladeshi animation industry and its impact on Bangladeshi youth employment..

Abstract: Recessions in an economy are as guaranteed as a bout of cold for human body. Now there is no known solution for bout of cold known to medical science and opinions of economist seems to suggest that there is no known solution to recession, which actually is not surprising because economists rarely agree. The author here suggests that instead of Keynesian approach or Freidmanite method, a better way to tackle pangs of recession is to enforce downward wage flexibility. This will not only ensure that unemployment is contained and does not escalate, but will also help in recovery reducing the duration of recession.

Abstract: Energy consumption and economic growth have been widely discussed at the aggregate level in literature. Notably, little emphasis has been placed on sectoral analysis. This study examines the energy-growth nexus at the sectoral level to avoid the aggregation problem associated with previous studies. It adopts time series data for the period 1981-2019, which were sourced from the Central Bank of Nigeria's Statistical Bulletin (2021) and the World Development Indicators (WDIs, 2020). Autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) and fully modified ordinary least squares (FMOLS) techniques were adopted for short and longrun analyses. The results of the short-run analysis show that energy consumption is positively significant with agricultural sector output, while the reverse outcome was obtained for the construction sector. The long run results show that energy consumption is positively and significantly related to all sectors save for trade and services. This study identifies the agricultural, crude petroleum and mining, manufacturing, and construction sectors as growth catalysts for the Nigerian economy. Therefore, it is recommended that the government pursuean energy development agenda through the diversification of energy sources and ensuring that adequate energy is allocated to productive sectors.

Abstract: Merchandise trade has always been a crucial determinant of the GDP. Despite having major offsets due to the Corona pandemic which contracted India's GDP by 7.8% in FY20-21. India had witnessed a growth of about 1.6% in Q4. Recently, India has put up a target of achieving $400 billion as merchandise exports for FY2021-22 as stated by the Commerce and Industry Minister, Piyush Goyal who stated " In collaboration with private industry, MSME sector, engineering, agriculture, automobile, and the steel sector, we have set an export target of USD 400 billion". Abstract: The study aimed at finding out Effect of Cashless Policy, Saving And Bank Credit on Deregulated Economy in North Central Nigeria. Two research questions guided the study, while two null hypotheses were formulated.
