Abstract: Background and aim: breast cancer is one of the highly predominant types of invasive cancer and considered one of the main causes of mortality among women. Using combination of drugs in a treatment protocol enhances the therapeutic value of the chemotherapeutic agent. Here, we intended to investigate whether, and how, curcumin (CUR) and resveratrol (RES) give potential therapeutic value to known chemotherapeutic agent abemaciclib (ABEM).Methods: using breast cancer cell line MCF-7, we added CUR and RES to ABEM (62.75 μM) for 72 h.
