ABSTRACT: Background: Based on 2015 data of recent migration in Indonesia, the number of inter-provincial in-migration tends to decline while the minimum wage rate continues to increase every year. This is contrary to the theory that an increased minimum wage can increase migration. Therefore, this study analyzes the effect of the minimum wage on labor migration by using data only migrants that moved for job reasons and looked for a job. If other reasons such as moving because of joining the family are included into the datasets, then the result will be biased. ABSTRACT: Convolution coding has been used in communication systems including deep space communication and wireless communication. With demand for higher data rates beyond 10Gbps as per the recommendations of 60GHz communication standards processing speed of hardware and software modules need to further enhance to meet the requirements. ABSTRACT: With the comprehensive advance of the new curriculum reform, how to promote the effective application of mathematics culture in teaching has become a topic of wide concern to educators. This paper firstly summarizes the connotation and value of mathematics culture, then discusses the current situation of the application of mathematics culture in high school mathematics teaching, and finally puts forward the application strategy. It includes improving teachers' professional quality, building the atmosphere of mathematics culture and strengthening the connection with other subjects.
