Abstract: This paper work was carried out on procurement functions as a tools for entrepreneurial success and the works discuss extensively on entrepreneur as a concept and the procurement function which includes all activities in purchasing were also explained, the researcher discovered during the course of written this paper that procurement as a function have a lot to do when it comes to business survival not only in Nigeria but throughout the world, because the primary aim of purchasing is to achieve the five rights in which is a business organization can get right, the whole activities will not be only productive but profit maximization which is the primary goal of all business establishment will definitely be achieved.

Abstract: Procurement in any organization setting cannot be understimated. This is because it involves the acquisition of materials, goods and services required for the organization's operation of her to attain its set profitability. In the process of carrying out these responsibilities in many organizations, diverse number of frauds have been detected and efforts would be made in this paper to find appropriate ways of curbing these procurement frauds so that the set organizational profitability goals will be achieved. Apart from leading to organization profitability, it can equally lead to organizational growth and saving organization investments.

Important variables analyzed are age group of consumers, the most frequently used application, factors influencing the choice of applications, negative impacts of smart phone application. Abstract: This study examined the association between job competence, work environment, and job satisfaction toward job performance among SMEs workers in Denpasar. As an explanatory study, a survey technique used in this study with data collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The sample included 62 of 163 SME workers in Denpasar Bali who are working for small medium enterprise among member of Spa Products Manufacturers Association (APPROSPA) Denpasar Bali.By using PLS (Partial Least Square) method with Smart PLS 2.0 software, data collected was analyzed to find out the relationship and path coefficients among the variables. Results and findings of the study are discussed, and it implies the need of SMEs in Denpasar to dealing with job competency and to mantain level of satisfaction among its workers, in order to increase their performance.

Abstract: It may be stated that India initiated a number of reform measures in the financial sector in the year1991.They provided some degree of maturity and integration of different segments of India's financial In the context of these deregulation, this paper analyzes the interrelationship between market rates of Indian financial market. Purpose of the paper is to explain the impact of financial sector reform measures on integration of various segments of financial markets in India. The present study found integration of short term rates- money credit and gilt edged markets-but capital market deviated from the integration path. Reserve Bank of India studied in detail the process of liberalization of financial and money market and also domestic financial with international financial market. This paper analyzed the long run association between different Money market rates, Debt market, Capital market rates and Forex market rates to highlight the integration between them. The study found there is integration between certain segments of finance market in India .Increased policy changes would expedite the process of financial market integration and will help in the elimination of arbitrage avenues and thereby making the finance markets more efficient.

Abstract: Supply chain complexity is mainly divided into two parts—Static and Dynamic. Static complexity is mainly caused due to structure of supply chain , number of components, variety of components and strength of interaction between these. The dynamic complexity is mainly concerned with uncertainty in supply chain with respect to randomness and time. Supply chain complexity drivers can also be classified according to how they are generated, following are the reasons responsible for complexity generation ( Number of customers / suppliers, number of interactions between them, conflicting governance policies, amplification in demand, non synchronous decisions, incompatible information system ). Supply chain complexity also differ sector to sector. E.g.—food, manufacturing, electronics etc. This paper review different types of supply chain complexity and how we can manage them.

Abstract: The Basel accord III stipulates that the performance of banks should be adjusted for risk for a fair measurement. The current study investigated how risk adjusted return on equity of listed financial institutions in Ghana, is influenced by the degree of leverage and used liquidity and size were as controlling variable. Abstract: Expatriate deployment is an important construct in international human resource management research because the planned expatriate deployment can enhance organisational effectiveness and efficiency thereby resulting in superior performance of the host country organisations. However there is limited research on the expatriate deployment in information technology (IT) industry. Hence a study is undertaken to identify the problems of expatriate deployment in Indian IT industry, propose solutions for the same and consider the issues of implementation of the proposed solutions. The results indicate that burnout, expatriate adjustment, spousal adjustment and premature return are the main problems faced in the expatriate deployment of Indian IT industry.

Abstract: This study has investigated the influence of ERM framework implementation and Board Equity Ownershipon the performance of financial intuitions in Nigeria. One hundred and sixty three institutions constitute the sample of the study. We collected the data from chief risk officers, chief financial officers and other top level managers of the sampled organisations. The study utilized PLS-SEM path modelling with the help of SmartPLS 2.0 software to test the research framework. The results of the analysis indicated that ERM framework implementation and board equity ownership have a significant positiveeffects on the financial and non-financial performance of financial institutions in Nigeria. The study recommended the need for business firms to deploy more resources to ensure efficient operations of ERM initiatives in their organisations. Regulatory agencies need to ensure full implementation of ERM across all financial institutions regardless of the size of the firm to actualize its full benefits. The implicationof the findings is that financial institutions and other regulatory agencies need to focus on both financial and non-financial performance indicators in their risk management policy..

Abstract: Since the foreign exchange market is at the centre of global economic transactions, there is need for making Zimbabwean households, firms and government aware of some implications of transacting with the $US dollar as its domestic currency formally or by default(dollarization). The thrust is to analyse how the foreign exchange market influence international marketing decisions, the profitability and proceeds of international business transactions for a dollarized economy. The discussion provide the rules of the game in terms of foreign exchange rate determination and foreign currency flows, international finance theoretical concepts, types of currency risks, financial flows restrictions and limitations, and strategies for managing currency exchange risks.

Abstract: When the ZimDollar was depreciating in the years 1997 to 2007 and even later, some Zimbabwean economists were recommending the then popular 'devaluation' policy as a way of improving economic fundamentals. This was applied and worsened the situation till inflation reached levels beyond control, and none of those economists stood out and said 'we fooled people and the government'. Another trend of economic downturn spearheaded by deflationary pressures is showing up and many economists are encouraging government to cut its fiscal expenditure and use many other contractionary fiscal policy measures. A contractionary policy is likely to throw Zimbabwe into economic decline in a fast way and lead the population into abject poverty.

Abstract: The skewness of industrial relations in favour of top management against employees is a wide spread phenomenon in Africa and the world over. While horizontal and intrapersonal equity was used to compare industrial relations between employees of different companies, workstations and individuals at the same grade, there is need to develop a model that reduce inequity between management and employees in the same organisation. The study to establish the vertical equity elements was carried out using 100 line employees and 55 line supervisors from across some critical sectors of the economy. The key elements that defined vertical inequity in Zimbabwean organisations include arrears in salaries and wages, blame, taking employees' benefits, allowance levels and retrenchment threats. Perceptions of vertical inequity were found to be influenced by gender, age of employees and their job levels. A model that defined variables in terms of benefits, facilities and adjustments (BFA-Model) was proposed. The study recommends firms to find out the processes that lead to vertical inequity and ensure a fair and equitable treatment of employees by management and close the perennial industrial relations gaps.
