Abstract: Poverty is a great challenge all over the world and Poverty alleviation has been a main concern in Bangladesh's development plans and programmed since 1972. It is defined in Islam as individual failure to fulfill any of the five basic human requirements of life such as religion, physical self, knowledge, dignity and wealth. While the conventional literature defines it as insufficiency of five basic needs such as food, clothing, housing, education and health care etc. However, this paper tries to evaluate the role of Zakat in reducing poverty............

Abstract: This study has the objectives to test and empirically give evidence that: the effect of job training and reward toward job ability and employees performance in an effort to improve productivity and employees performance in banking at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Hasamitra in South Sulawesi Province. Focus of this study is whether job training was able to give contribution toward the goals of bank perkreditan rakyat as the micro finance institution to collect people's fund and to give loan in working capital or consumptive loan for the people........

Abstract: Entrepreneurs of a country play acritical role in the overall economic development and growth of a nation. Entrepreneurship is a multidimensional task and essentially a creative activity which needs team-building, leadership, and management ability. Many research studies have shown that the advancement of entrepreneurship as a collective body of knowledge has been limited, because there is lack of agreement on many points in question regarding what constitutes entrepreneurship(Shane & Venkataraman, 2000; Rauch, Wiklund, Frese, & Lumpkin, 2009)because researchers fail to build upon each other's results(Davidsson & Wiklund,, 2001; Rauch, Wiklund, Frese, & Lumpkin, 2009), and because measurements of key variables are typically weak. Reviews and assessments of entrepreneurship research show that definitions of entrepreneurship typically change between the economic and management perspectives.
