Abstract: This study appraises utilization of higher education budget considering session jam in public universities, unemployment of university graduates and employment nature of university graduates as independent variables and utilization of budget, in light of productive and unproductive, as dependent variable. Empirical results reveal that a large part of higher education budget is inoperative due to short-term and longterm unemployment, session jam and incompatible job nature. Investments of the government and guardians are idle for the period of unemployment of higher education graduates...........

Abstract: Agriculture is the backbone of many African economies. Co-operatives as marketing vehicles deliver the commodities to the market in return to gain the desired remuneration on behalf of the farmers. Co-operatives are responsible for 45 per cent of the GDP and 31 per cent of national savings and deposits. Agricultural co-operatives' total turnover was $112 million. They have 70 per cent of the coffee market, 76 per cent dairy, 90 per cent pyrethrum, and 95 per cent of cotton. The objective of the study was to determine the influence of entrepreneurial factors on the performance of coffee marketing cooperative societies in Nyeri County.........

Object of this study are Lecturers in Private Universities in Denpasar Bali. This explanatory study used survey technique with data collected by distributing questionnaires to the all respondents. About 85 Lecturers in Private Universities in Denpasar Bali was taken as sample. Abstract: Hospital A monitor 17 types of incidents using incident reporting form. The form will be submitted to the Quality unit and the in charge of that unit will decide whether RCA is necessary or not based on the types of incidents by rating from level 1 (low risk) to level 4 (extreme risk).The RCA committee will investigate the incidence and come out with the conclusion and recommendations for further action by related parties. In order to ensure a good compliance among staff and doctors in this hospital, continuous briefing and teaching were conducted. Data collected will be tabulated on monthly basis and analysis will be done on yearly basis. Comparison of the trending was done between year 2014 and year 2015.........

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of labor discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Atri Distribution Pare-Pare. This study uses quantitative and qualitative data as well as descriptive of primary and secondary data sources. The analytical method used was obtained that affect the performance of the employee discipline employees who value t count> t-table (3.9> 1.785). Discipline employee reached 81.73% or included excellent. Similarly, the performance of employees at PT. Atri Distribution Pare-Pare reached 82.8% and is at a good rating.........

Abstract: The research has been conducted by using the laundry liquid waste. The purpose of this research is to find out the solids in the laundry liquid water in particular area Bekasi. The result shown that level of the solids has been dissolved to ground water it was from 0.19 to 0.34. And level of the solids the one has been dissolved to laundry waste tend to be cloudy (not clear) with pH from 7.85 to 8.12. The laundry industries in Bekasi do not use the waste management to handle the pollution, especially in the waste water. Whereas liner obtained from the sample of laundry water (before and after laundry process) tend to high.
