Abstract: The prime focus of this research work is to explore the status of awareness & satisfactory levels of various provisions of Indian Factories act, 1948 in the target organisation 'Vedanta Limited Pig Iron Division' located in the state of Goa. The paper attempts to describe the background of Labour Legislation in India stating next regarding its classification. The need, importance and objectives of the research study is than mentioned following which is the Literature review stated.The research targets to excavate the awareness and satisfactory levels regarding the various provisions of Factories act among the non-managerial class of employees by taking a sample of 100 employees using Simple Random Sampling method from the total population of non-managerial class of employees in the organisation. Abstract: Chinese manufacturing is creating a transformation to China,usually, it will promote its own brand to the international market while OEM. Often, the success or failure of a brand depends on the attitude and perception of consumers. In recent years, country of origin effect and mixed products have become two hot topics in academic circles. Based on this, this paper studies the origin effect of Kazakhstan consumers on the brand of China and Russia, the impact of manufacturing on China's brand attitude, and the influence and correlation of Russia and China on the two brands of China and Russia respectively. In this paper, a questionnaire is carried out in Kazakhstan investigation and research, establish research model, ANOVA and correlation analysis were used to analyze the relationship between variables.And put forward some practical suggestions for international brand marketers..

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of organizational fairness on counterproductive work behavior and to know the role of personality in mediating the effect of organizational fairness toward counterproductive work behavior.The results of the study found that (1) organizational fairness has a positive and significant effect on the personality. (2) Organizational fairness has a negative and significant effect on counterproductive work behavior. Abstract: The impact of employee engagement on organisational performance has attracted much debate over the past two decades. This study examines the impact of employee engagement on organisational performance in an insurance brokerageas well as the factors that influence and shape employee engagement in the context of the organisation. To achieve this objective, aqualitative research approach was adopted for this study. Using an inductive approach, interviews were conducted to gain insights into the factors that affect employee engagementand the data was gathered and analysed using thematic analysis. The key finding of this study was that there is an understanding of the concept of employee engagement and its impact on organisational performance. The study revealed that low engagement affected commitment and motivation levelsof staff. The low employee engagement levels were produced by job design, ineffective communication, managementapproach, participation andincentives in the form of recognition.

Abstract: Title of this study is "the organizational culture and its role in the application of total quality management" the community of the study focuses on the workers in the 5th October factory for milling, pasta and feed–Sabha. The total number of employees in this factory at different levels of management (upper – middle – lower) 200 employees, and by table (Kregcie and Morgan ,1970) the sample study reached (132) numbers, and the data collected by the questionnaire were analyzed by statistical package for social sciences SPSS.The study found out that organizational culture average was higher, but TQM in this study was low, and also there is a positive correlation between organizational culture and TQM
