Abstract: Quality of life in a country is greatly determined by services delivered. Customers, citizens of a country have the right to quality service to meet their needs. The government of Kenya appreciates the need for efficient service delivery, but there are problems in service delivery in terms of quality, accountability, infrastructure, efficiency and complains in the Kenya's county governments, especially in Kericho County. The study objectives examined the effect of strategic leadership and strategic orientation on quality service delivery in Kericho County Government. The paper was anchored on transformation theory.
