Abstract: The aim of this research is to measure the extent of the relationship between the strategic human resource management and the organization's financial performance. This is a cross-sectional study using quantitative approach with the help of structured questionnaire having five points Likert scale. Employing convenience sampling technique total 200 questionnaires were collected from the commercial banks of Bangladesh. To analysis the surveyed data structural equation modelling approach is used for this study. The measurement model of this study is assessed based on the relationship between the indicators and the latent variables using partial least square technique.........
