Abstract: The research project is based on the different types of leadership styles that are present in the organizations. Along with this, it has been observed that these leadership styles help improve the role and responsibility of the leaders in the organizations' internal sector. In this aspect, applying "Emotional Intelligence" can be helpful for the development process of leadership. It also highlights the accurate description to justify the Research Aims and Objectives. Along with this, in the Literature Review section, the different aspects of the leadership approach, as well as Emotional Intelligence, are described. Abstract: Resumo:O presente estudo apresenta como o objetivo de mostrar a Educação Especial como o caminho para inclusão de alunos com TEA (Transtorno do Espectro Autista), para que dessa forma seja possível compreender a trajetória educacional e as dificuldades que englobam um indivíduo portador do transtorno. A necessidade em se falar da Educação Especial de alunos com autismo, assim como sua importância, se vem da atualidade do tema onde autista demoraram a serem inseridos na educação. Abstract: Background: The theme quality of life at work (QWL) encompasses multifaceted views that vary according to the perceptions that individuals attribute to the organizational context in which they are inserted. It is, therefore, a fundamental theme to be discussed in all areas of professional activity, especially in sectors such as health. This is because workers in the health segment are exposed to several risk factors, which eventually leads to the emergence of physical and/or psychological diseases among such individuals. Abstract: This paper reviews the role of HR analytics in strategic decision-making in the Info Tech sector. The paper examines the types of HR data used for analytics, the methods used to analyse the data, and the impact of HR analytics on strategic decision-making. Abstract: Political Marketing is an off-shoot of traditional marketing theory. This study is on the social and democratic implications of using marketing in political campaign. Marketing strategies are used in politics by politicians to communicate with the voters and electoral community. It is evolving and the strategies, communications and campaigns rely on political marketing for success in elections. The outline of this study includes segments of political marketing which were discussed along- side with the model of political marketing and its components. Detailed in the study also are functionality of political marketing; political marketing and lobbying and its impact on election and democracy. Efforts were made to dovetail political marketing and the criticisms about it. General findings were discussed and conclusion drawn upon it.
