Abstract: In metropolitan cities like Jakarta, the presence of public transportation can help alleviate traffic congestion. However, the majority of the population in Jakarta and its surrounding areas still commute using private vehicles. To address this issue, it is essential to develop mass transportation that provides efficient services and meets the community's needs. One such solution is the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), which has been operational in DKI Jakarta since 2019.
