Abstract: The impact of digital transformation on the supply chain in the twenty-first century has been fully investigated as well in the globalization era. The first implication of this research is that it focuses on the impacts of digital transformation on supply chains and outlines how organizations need to use technological tools meant for efficiency, speed, and agility. On the contrary, digital transformation is a fusion between digitized technologies and data analytics as well as automation that transforms traditional supply chain processes into an agile-enabled technological platform.
