Abstract: Penile cancer is rare type of tumor mostly seen in men over 50. Most often, patients fail to recognize their symptoms and decide to suppress their pain out of fear of being judged by others. Patients continue to be reluctant to discuss genital issues with doctors and to seek therapy early in the course of the disease. Patient education is crucial for an early cancer diagnosis because a delay in the diagnosis can raise worldwide mortality rate. The following case study describes a 77-year-old man with penile cancer who visited the hospital at a late stage of the disease, which results in delaying the initiation of treatment. In our case report, the patient received prompt treatment after receiving a diagnosis of terminal penile cancer. The case report presented here is crucial for helping medical professionals in the treatment of advanced cancer patients.

Abstract: The art and science of creating materials at a scale smaller than 100 nanometres is known as nanotechnology. In a 1974 article, Tokyo Science University's Norio Taniguchi provided the initial definition of nanotechnology, defining it as the manipulation of materials by means of the separation, consolidation, and deformation of individual atoms and molecules. Both natural and manmade nanomaterials are possible. An important development in periodontics is the use of nanotechnology to treat periodontal disorders. About 90% of people worldwide suffer from periodontal disease, with rates as high as 96.3% in poor nations like India. 1
Untreated inflammatory processes inside periodontal structures, including the gingiva and bone, are the main cause of these disorders. Accessing.......

Abstract: The aim of this case report was to illustrate how crucial it is to understand the core structure of root canals, aimed at the effectiveness of endodontic therapy. One of the primary reasons endodontic therapy fails has been identified as a lack of understanding of anatomic variants and their features in various teeth. The authors of this paper examine the significance of identifying and treating mandibular first molars with numerous root canals, to assess frequency of such cases, and to element endodontic treatment of patients.

Abstract: Background: Rapid maxillary expansion (RME) is a widely used orthodontic technique to correct transverse maxillary deficiencies. Both primary and permanent teeth are commonly used as anchorage for this procedure. However, there is limited evidence regarding differences in skeletal and dental effects or buccal alveolar bone preservation between these anchorage types. Materials and Methods: A systematic review was conducted to compare the skeletal and dental effects of RME using primary or permanent teeth as anchorage.....

Abstract: Objective: The present study investigated the depth of penetration of resin based sealer and Bioceramic sealer by a confocal laser scanning microscopic investigation. Method: 20 Mandibular single rooted premolar sound teeth were selected. Samples were decoronated at cementoenamel junction. Access opening and biomechanical preparation was done till 30.006 taper. Samples were divided into 2 groups for obturation as, Group 1-Endosequence Bioceramic sealer, Group 2- AH Plus sealer. The depth of sealer penetration into dentinal tubules was calculated using confocal laser scanning microscope. One way ANOVA and Tukeys test were applied for the pairwise comparison of the depth of sealer penetration between the groups.....

Abstract: Hypoxia is a condition in which tissues and organs do not receive enough oxygen to enable them to maintain normal functioning. With an acute disruption of the oxygen saturation process in tissues, irreversible destructive processes begin, as a result of which organs gradually lose their functions. In the 21st century, on the one hand, the very rapid development of science and technology, on the other hand, large-scale global wars, excessive increase in emissions of transport toxic gases into the atmosphere, forest fires and deforestation have caused an increase in hypoxia.....

Abstract: The effectiveness of Jacobson's Progressive Muscle Relaxation Therapy (JPMRT) in managing pain among cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Pain is a prevalent and distressing symptom in cancer treatment, often exacerbating patients' physical and emotional challenges. Conventional pain management strategies, primarily pharmacological, may have limitations, including side effects and potential dependency. JPMRT, a non-invasive technique, involves systematically tensing and relaxing muscle groups, promoting relaxation and reducing pain. A quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test control group design was employed to assess the impact of JPMRT. Cancer patients receiving chemotherapy.....
