Abstract: The study aimed at determining the perceived impact of practical activities on attitude, skills acquisition and performance in chemistry among secondary school students in Orlu Local Government Area in Imo State. The study adopted a survey non-experimental design to investigate and describe existing conditions. The population of the study comprised the chemistry students from ten government-owned senior secondary schools (SSS) in Orlu L.G.A. totaling 5976. A sample size of 282 was obtained by taking 20% of each of five randomly selected SSS chemistry students......

Abstract: Personal Resources Are A Self-Perspective That Is Related To The Resilience And Success Of Personal Abilities To Influence The Environment. Self-Efficacy And Optimism Are Key Skills And Personal Traits, Therefore Having Personal Resources That Are Fulfilled Or Not Fulfilled Will Affect One's Work Engagement. When Employees Have Not Yet Obtained Resources And Feel An Imbalance Between The Demands Of The Work Environment And The Personal Resources They Have, It Is Possible To Increase Burnout Syndrome, This Indicates That There Is A Relationship Between Personal Resources And Burnout. Abstract: The study aims to investigate the effect of task-based reading activities on vocabulary retention of students at a high school. The two objectives set to reach the aim consist of (1) identifying the extent to which task-based reading activities improve the vocabulary retention of students at a high school; (2) determining the students' attitudes toward using task-based reading activities to improve their vocabulary retention. This is a quasi-experimental study with the participation of 10 English teachers and 66 students. Questionnaires and tests were used as data collection.....

Abstract: This Research Aimed To Determine If There Is A Significant Increase In Students' Speaking Achievement After Being Taught Using A Developed Teaching Procedure Through VR Based Learning. A Quantitative Research Methodology Was Employed To Evaluate The Effectiveness Of The VR-Based Learning Approach. The Study Utilized A One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design And Was Conducted At Politeknik Negeri Lampung (Polinela) In Bandarlampung. The Sample Comprised 23 Students Enrolled In The English For Hospitality Class During The 2022/2023 Academic Year. Speaking Achievement Was Measured Through A Speaking Test. The Findings Revealed A Significant Improvement In Speaking Achievement, As Indicated By The Mean Score Increase From 116.74 In The Pretest To 198.70 In The Posttest. In Conclusion, VR-Based Learning Effectively Enhances Students' Speaking Achievement In The Hospitality Context By Immersing Them In Virtual Hotel Environments.
